11:00 so I am just in the middle of understanding this game, but i am already crying laughing at what I understand this game is gonna do: so the ARVN will be sending bribes left and right to increase their points, using the foreign aid the US is sending which the US NEEDS to perform it's own actions. And not only is ARVN with it's corruption eating into the resources the USAF has, it also lowers support giving the VC a better grasp of the region. So the use can use train to cut on this corruption. I love it, it's the US desperately trying to clamp down on the south vietnam's many dictatoriships corruption, while the ARVN tries to ramp it up, and at some point as either faction you must end up looking at your partner and realizing that your ally is worse for you than your enemies are.
I believe it's 2 enemy with a base regardless of terrain type. (notice below it says "if the space") • If a US Assault, count US Troops. Remove 2 enemies per US Troops cube if the space has a US Base, or only 1 enemy for every 2 US Troops (round down) if Highland with no US Base, or otherwise 1 enemy piece for each US Troop. If desired, pay 3 ARVN Resources to follow up with an ARVN Assault per the above bullet in 1 space where US Assault just occurred (no effect on ARVN Eligibility, 2.3.1).
Thanks Mr Harsh for this instructional video. This is an amazing coin game. Counter insurgency is a very daunting subject to tackle.

Another hiccup on the COIN Assault chart: in cities, all cubes participate in the assault, not only troops
I found one error:
Insurgent attacks casualties - they suffer it only removing enemy US pieces (not ARVN).
Thanks for pointing that out!
Just want to check, when the US Assault is in the highland province, and the US has a base, does the US only remove 1 enemy instead of 2?

@@harsh-rules Thank you, I believe the table you shared on the video was showing as -1 active enemy.
Great stuff thanks man
