yup, after trying this raid in the previous GA I also felt that it's very expensive XD you need either a lot of horizontal investment (multiple built teams and CC students, which most are gacha only...) or vertical investment (Kazusa, SWakamo, Kanna) to deal enough damage
You can use Kazusa, Miyu + student that can trigger her EX quickly, dKayoko, and if we go into the more f2p options, then Yuzu, Hasumi or Iori. The issue would be instead having more CC to compensate the replacement of sWakamo (or sustain against more Hod's EXs)
if you're borrowing CKotama then I'd recommend the standard way of using extra teams to clear the first two towers and then starting off fresh with the CKotama team: ua-cam.com/video/VIbWq_jO4iM/v-deo.html I also agree with @poiseboat2383's suggestions, I don't think there are any substitutes for SWakamo for team 2 (especially without a UE40/50 Kazusa)... and trying to clean up or body throw into an enraged Hod without CC units is guaranteed to be a burnt ticket 😭
yup, Mika needs to be highly invested for the first team to not be painful I don't have SChise, Chihiro, or Miyu so this was the only "realistic" way of achieving a decent score without investing into SWakamo/Kazusa 😭
im guessing HOD constantly using laser is scripted when he has like 5-7 mil hp right? i refuse to believe im that unlucky to lose a ticket because it spammed laser all the time on my 3rd team
the first couple of attacks might be RNG, but Hod shouldn't be constantly lasering if you're timing the ATG bar correctly the laser attack happens if the ATG bar is full and Hod performs an action (3 yellow squares, for example at 6:05) when you fill the CC gauge fully, it decreases the ATG bar by 1.5 squares (6:40) the SWakamo team tries to constantly fill the CC gauge so that Hod never uses the laser attack
@@shucksy thats probably it then, im lacking some of the more potent CCers so my team 3 struggles with the atg on torment, guess im stuck in Insane... i hope people dont try hard too much lmao
@@inokori7146 mhm, Hod torment is very expensive for newer players since you'd need to build a bunch of students that aren't used anywhere else... so I'd imagine most will be forced to speedrun insane 😭

kotama UE 40, ex skill maxed and enhanced also maxed. tier 8 on CC power to full gauge the torment. very expensive so i just do insane

yep, she can only do a total of 15-16s if not UE40, she needs UE40 because she gains additional CC Power from Enhanced+
