Hello Leah, my name is Jeffrey Barry and I live in United States and Pennsylvania right outside of Hershey. I’m sure you heard of Hershey bars I have a question for you like a lot of the competitive eaters after they’re done eating they open up their mouth that you could see their mouth is empty and you just stick out your tongue. Why is that?

@@newtonbridges2574Beard goes into detail on how he does his challenges, Matt Stoney has talked about it before as well.
Not eating for days before and days after a challenge is a key part of how they don't get fat for example. Lots of water as well with any challenge

Probably massive amounts of water and lettuce for days
@@BlazeFit it's actually pretty simple. 1 day eating, 1 day without food. And so on. That way your stomach keeps expanded and can handle the amounts, but you cut the amounts in half.
They stretch the stomach with large amounts of water. It's just managing your calories over the week and as long as the week adds to the tdee for the week your good. Probably a week before she under eats calories to make the room

I love how you guys all have your own style while doing these challenges. Joel would lazily complete the challenge in about 5mins as if he was eating a 99p Cheeseburger (how does he do that?) You breezed through it and at the end still looked like you could attend a royal banquet. Randy would dominate it with a loud crowd, Katina would wisecrack her way through it, and Beard would create such a mess they would need to hire more cleaning staff! Thank you for the entertainment. I've a sudden pang of hunger, think I'll fire a couple of slices of toast on.....
