I never understood the lone stretcher movement. You should never be moving a cot loaded with equipment by yourself. If you are then the agency can’t be surprised when you trip and fall, let go of the cot and it goes rolling down the driveway and into a ditch. A loaded cot should be moved by a minimum of 2 personnel

it’s just to test that you can hold the weight
Please tell me they don’t still use those old stretchers & old LifePaks.
It depends on what department you work for some of them don't have very good funding.😅
Why is it that all the tests involved moving backwards?
Because there are certain actions you need to walk backwards
Cumberland we only have 6min and 35 seconds to complete this test. We can't look back in the stairs or the stretcher portion.
Why? You don't care about the safety?
