    i don't live in canada but i have a tip . For women ( who pray at home) , they should delay their isha until one third of the night has passed or one half as they don't have to pray according to mosque timings and it is recommended to delay isha it if it does not cause hardship ( tirmidhi 167) . Time for isha lasts until midnight . So you can sleep after praying maghrib then wake up half an hour before midnight to pray isha , then stay awake ( you have already slept a few hours after maghrib in this case ) till fajr and sleep after that .
    For example - If isha begins at 10 AND fajr is at 3 , there's 5 hour gap , so you can pray isha till midnight (12:30) , at 12:30 time ends in this case . ( You can calculate according to the time of prayer where you live .

    I feel going to sleep straight after isha makes it easy to wake up for fajr. And getting some rest during the day helps too because there’s a long gap between zuhr and asr in summer( from an English summer perspective)

      Yeah i tend to sleep right after Isha as well but never get the time to take a nap in between. Im too restless for naps😄

      @PakistaniHomemakerInCanada if I’m feeling restless and cannot sleep I listen to Qari Mishary’s long ruqyah on a website called qurantv which helps me relax and fall asleep.

    Nice 👍 boht maze ki biryani lag rhi hai imli k sath kabhi ni bnai min dry plum dalti hun boht maze ka lagta hai kbhi imli se bhi try kron ge 😊fajar ho ya din ki prayers meri motivation yahi hoti k ak to farz hai mafi ni hai 2nd hum baqi sub kam k liye time par uthte hn pain ho kuch bhi ho krte hn to ye to sub se ziada zarori hai bas phir uth jati hun😊
