We want to check out the culinary specialties of each country we play on the Bleed Out Tour 2024. This time we try the famous Surströmming from Sweden.
It is often opened underwater to prevent the aroma spreading through the air. You also don't eat it solely on its own, we use Tunnbröd (thin bread) with the most common toppings being red onion, sourcream and boiled potatoes. I get that a lot of people do this for shock value but this is not how you serve surströmming properly haha!
I'm just crying. No one shat themselves. That's a good thing. I don't even know what that smell is, but I get sick to my stomach every time I see someone trying to eat that delicacy🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
