@@PitchPro7so i got 3 question, first question does messi watch defender feet or defender hips or both, second question which one is better dribbling technique or instinst, can you tell what’s reaction in dribbling in soccer
@@Bullet72456Messi watches both due to the great vision he has, but if you don’t have good vision I’d recommend looking at the defenders feet when trying to dribble past them, and both technique dribbling and instinctive dribbling is important but instinctive dribbling is a bit more important because you can do the technique without thinking and respond to any tackle that the defender does and you can react accordingly to the situation without thinking. And most people don’t know what reaction dribbling is but it’s actually very important reaction dribbling is something that comes with instinctive dribbling but reaction dribbling is basically just reacting to the defenders movements by pushing the ball accordingly or making the defender tackle to react/ being proactive and reactive it’s kind of like how jack grealish dribbles, he dribbles directly at a defender and keeps on dribbling at them and the moment they tackle he cuts the ball and no that’s not luck it’s insanely fast reaction
@@Bullet72456 when in a 1v1, a defender is chasing from the side, if there running to set them self up to defend, if they have their back turned to you Rand they are running to the goal then yes. And against a jockeying defender and when the defenders feet are planted of if they are running at you. This is a big list and it’s hard to remember do copy and paste it into somewhere and try and make it become instinct by at least memorising 1 or 2 of the situation mastering them then continuing it with other situations until you have mastered them all.
I don’t even need a video to tell everyone how to dribble the goalkeeper, literally all you need to do is a change of direction or a body feint, Step overs or fancy footwork is not effective in a situation like that
@@PitchPro7I totally agree with everything you said, but do you remember that R9 goal against Ghana? He literally just used stepovers, dribbled past the keeper, and slotted it home. It was one of those rare moments where the fancy footwork worked perfectly!
