As a homemaker we have much to do all within the day, so making healthy family meals at times doesn't feel realistic. When the kids ask, "What's for dinner?" it can become overwhelming when there isn't a plan in place. I find that making from scratch cooking is not only budget friendly, but becomes easier once a meal prep plan is set into place.
