I would suggest listen to Abraham Hicks (Esther), and also Dr Joe Dispenza and Greg Braden. They are all saying much the same way in different ways. Dispenza is good at explaining how to access the vortex or source energy. AH is good explaining practicalities of daily living and situations. Meditation is huge. I am on day 552 of meditating, I use a MUSE headband to make sure I am where i need to be during meditation, and have learned how to put my brain into alpha brain waves (don't worry, this will all come with more exploration if you are so interested). It is absolutely life changing. One of the best pieces of advice I have ever gotten from Abraham Hicks that I use on a daily basis is "allowing". Keep curious and explore. There is so much to unpack but it is all do able. And worth it. ❤❤❤

People in power filling my head with judgment, bring up past insecurities or stay my course and get to where I feel deeply I should be, I deserve to be. When someone stands on a high cliff and can not swim or is no professional diver, and feels fear of jumping. It's his gut warning him not to do so. Or his angel. So it's for his safety. If he things, oh that's not a love filled thought or feeling and jumps, it can be he dies through it.
When the mind is in the wrong spot or thoughts aren’t aligned does it matter when you decide to switch out of it or do you have to wait for the rockets to explode or move off then go back to being in the vortex?
you can change how you feel or what you’re thinking instantly. you don’t have to wait for anything except your awareness and willingness to shit your perspective. you’re 20000% in control of what you decide you’d like to focus on at any given time and there is no punishment for anything. just loving awareness. hope this helps 😅❤
Don't be sitting there worrying. Worry about how you think is distracting from your feelings. What you FEEL is what you are in the process of attracting. If you feel lousy, say, okay. I just caught myself feeling lousy. I know why I'm feeling lousy, because I was just thinking of this and that which I don't like. At that point, you don't chastise yourself. You instead think, ah. I caught my mind wandering to what bugs me. Now I will deliberately think of what I desire. What I love. What makes me happy. Even if I'm so upset I can't think of what I love, I can at least distract myself from the lousy thought and feeling. I can think of something I don't argue with myself or anyone about, such as how much I love the rain, or ice cream sundaes made exactly as I want them, or a walk on the beach in perfect weather. As soon as you start to feel the relief of that better feeling thought, you're headed in the right direction that your Inner Being is gently offering. The idea is to spend as much time as possible in that good feeling place no matter what else is going on. Why? Because when we are relaxed, better ideas flow in. Inspired action leads to good, forced action slows the process. I hope that helps.
