My hometown actually produces Hanwoo. Growing up I always thought I ate some regular beef later I realized, grandma would always go to the produce shop and ask for the most expensive beef and always got us Hanwoo whenever we visited. I'll always miss her

i have been to a salt bay restaurant in miami and ordered the T-bone steak and i got lucky and he was there and he came did and did his thing. i do have to say he is a very chill person always smiling and takes pics with anyone that asked.

I have lived in here Korea for 30 year, and as I compare with any other country's steak, Korean steak will provide you guys totally different interpretation of steak. Bobby just tip salt. It is pretty good, but, if you guys tip on seasame oil, it will open new world. I'm totally sure. You know, fat+fat is most beautiful combination in the world. And you can get tired of fatty food easily, but there are so many combination which can shower your taste and you guys can make your own combinations. Let's try lol :)
we eat chilli with chilli paste, we eat fatty meat with fatty oil, thats how we do in korea lol

That Pakistani steak is actually called "Chapli Kabab" and is made of minced meat and alot of spices. And like he said, it's the most flavourful meat but not the most luxurious or as good as professionally cooked steak
