My guess it is one of the guys without a contract going through the summer league circuit for the first time, which leaves Quincy Olivari, Sean East, and Grayson Murphy. Everyone can be right. Bronny is a nepodraft pick, which makes things awkward when a draft pick is not up to that level. The Lakers treated him like someone they just drafted. The complaining player should have known the situation, or his agent should have let them know the reality.

In basketball and baseball high individual talent will stand out regardless the level of teammates and competition. Football is different in that every position is more dependent on others for individual success. The quarterback and running back are good as their offensive lineman, receivers need a good quarterback, safeties rely on cornerbacks and linebackers etc.

If these so called hoop dreamers really want this dream bad enough, keep going and find a way to play pro in Asia or Europe and if they can get the chance and get better come back and earn a spot. No one on that roster showed nearly enough to deserve more investment than the two guys who were selected with draft picks, are under contract and will actually be on the opening day roster unlike the others. I didn’t hear one lie in what was said about Bronny.He is the beneficiary of his father’s legacy and it’s unfair to every other player who went to college and entered the draft naturally.Bronny was gifted a spot on the Lakers after averaging 3.7 points in the 20-25 games he played in college and outside of a 13 point OUTBURST in the last game of summer league,he averaged 4.3 points per game in summer league. I don’t see how media nor these NBA vets continue to justify his play and attempt to make those who see the blatant favoritism feel as though they don’t see what they are seeing.
