- This Week In Nosara (TWIN) is back once again this time with episode #13 and its a great one. The best day of the week by far is most of the content in this video and I need to thank Etienne for shooting while I surfed. Big shout out to Chico Surf for shooting photos on the best day of the week... Fun video with cows, people flying things, standard dogs and beautiful people on the beach, scenes from drive to Ostional and a house there, quick trip down Mariju Lane (which I used to call the 'Ugly Street' in Pelada), Nadav drawing clean lines & others ripping too, the soundtrack is me playing an old nylon string guitar.
It’s like a dream like rest of the world doesn’t exist love the narrating
Beatiful ❤
thank you for making me feel like i'm back in costa rica even though i'm 1000s of miles away. i visited for 3 weeks in 2022 and haven't stopped thinking about it since. plans to get back there soon and nosara is definitely a place i want to stop at this time around. see you out there!
I've been to Costa Rica, 1st time we did Tamarindo, and other local spots near there, ended the trip in Puntarenas in Gulf of Nicoya, loved the people, never wanted to come back to the States. Forgot sunscreen and paid the price lol
Thank you for this! Hubs and I are heading to Nosara in November and very excited. Looks like a lovely place to be.
Yup, November is awesome. My favorite month of the year in Nosara.
I’m up at playa peladas enjoying it on my surfmat.
Thanks for a great look at the place, our family of five will post up for a couple weeks Nov…stoked!
Sweet! See you soon. November will be here before you know it. TWIN #1 I think is from November if you want to see what it looks like then. Is my favorite month! You get green from the rainy season but the offshore winds & clear water gets going in November as it transitions into dry season.
Awesome, thanks for the thoughts. Anyone have some recommendations for buying used boards at a reasonable price in Nosara? Love twins, mids, and LB’s too
@@Joj_knows_jack Coconut Harry's, Olo Alaia, Nosara Surf Shop, Nosara Tico Surf Shop on the main street area & over at N Guiones Coco Harry's, Juan Surfo's, Gilded, Nosara Surf School
What month was this? Is this typical surf there?
This was February
where is the Nosara bowl located exactly? wow I wish I was younger to rip that bowl!
It's at N Guiones right off the main road
AWESOME VID...What's the nbame of the place you've stayed please??? Looking forward to be there....
Email me rich@surfingnosara.com & can recommend several options.
No blame the other world is pretty scary we all want to be there
I’m going june 5th. Is it bigger or smaller in June?
Generally more powerful surf rainy season (May through October) than dry season (November - April)
Great vid. Im doing research looking for a beach to surf in Costa Rica. I used to surf when i was younger but have not done it in 30+ yrs so its not gonna be pretty in the beginning. But im looking to kick it and surf for a week. Im going to rent a long board and just enjoy myself. Im looking to go in the last week of April. Any info or advice would be greatly appreciated. Peace
Hard to beat Guiones as an option
@@nosarapodcast I'm leaving for St Thomas the last week of Sept. I have decided that I want to spend seven nights eight days in playa guiones at the gilded iguana. Am not positive exactly when yet but it's going to be fantastic
Is gale ottley still surfing the north point ?
Used to surf with Gale main beach but more often he's at N Guiones & early, early in AM
Which month was this?
February
