Drive to Sultan Mine

Saturday wheeling with the fellas. Several local trails. At one spot, OnX wasn't very good at telling us one trail was also part of a cliff at 3200 feet high and a sharp downhill incline. It was one of those Dear Ma moments. Then, when we got to the Jean Dry Lake bed en route to the trail Paul really wanted to explorer, we were approached by Land Management Po Po who advised us the majority of the area is closed off due to a race event. And thus, our day on the East side of the I-15 was ended.
No prob. We crossed the railroad tracks to the West side. Our new final destination for the day? A spot called Sultan Mine. Here's a link for some cool details about the old mine.
