After all we were not just Africans or European we had been endowed with new experiences and simple couldt go back or move forward without them! Therefore, from your prospective could you have seen another alternative to the Boules or could you have seen their roles better serving the duality that was formed in this Western economic structure during post colonial era?
Answering your first question: Depending on the time period there were distinctions made in the ancient or middle ages as far as race for example (if I remember correctly) when Herodotus visited Nubia (in modern day Egyptian/Sudan region) and made reference to this about their physical features in his writings. Recently a book I'm reading on Arab Islam in Africa made specific distinctions that Arab conquerors made with the native Black people in East Afrika (including those of whom were fellow Muslims). So no, concept of race is not biologically/scientific creations but socio-politically there were some elements of distinctions in the old world before Europeans invented it As far as your next point regarding natural evolution etc, from my view it is natural from the creation of civilizations that, those who create it or make up the core constituents, have their own values and beliefs that the presume are true based on science or cultural upbringing that are intended to help make them sustainable. It is only with war and conquest where things get convoluted where those who are conquered are either killed or assimilated into Empire with a small class of them being the agents I described in the video. Your last question, realistic alternatives for those Black boule or elites would be to organize with the masses of our people to meet their material needs but ultimately, as Western life has taught us, self interest tends to override collective will which I discussed in this video Hope I answered your question well and thank you for the question

Humans or competing societies operate on self interest and actively compete to gain the most resources and benefits to improve their standard of living and maintain it. In the case of the Western world, the majority of benefits are held by a small white ruling class that trickles down some of those benefits to keep the masses in check and an available workforce to keep them from rebelling
