I have absolutely no legitimate use for something like this, but your demo has made me need this! Mind blown!!! I always assumed foley artists did everything manually, referring to huge dvd libraries of recordings, or doing it themselves. Knowing you have something like this available is eye-opening, to say the least! Nice job of blowing my mind, Jef. :)
HA! Yeah, if you are doing the menial task of footstep sound design, this is perfect... But it's definitely a niche product! And let's face it... actual foley is still the funnest... but these means I don't need to have a dirt pit in my studio!
Hell ya. Been waiting for a new video your one of the most inspiring and influential music production channel / person on UA-cam. I’m getting ready to buy a Hisense u8 mini led tv 55-65” haven’t decided yet. But for under $700. Going to look gorgeous as my monitor.
@@jefgibbons Well, it's some kinda stuff at least, but not enough. I need more fun stuff, and this stuff seems like fun stuff. And I'm not even close to run out of room for my stuff. Sorry I got reminded of George Carlin.
@@Neumah I just get stuffed on music sometimes... so sound fx stuff is a great break from all the other stuff... like using a different part of your musical brain and stuff!
I just double checked... there is snow! I was looking in the wrong spot at first but it's there under surfaces... now you can get to work on your polar bears!
