Hey Sarah I had endometriosis bad too. I tried everything but nothing worked. At 24 I had to have a hysterectomy 🥺. It was very hard but it ended up really good cause I adopted 2 baby girls🥰. My life has been very full and yes I didn’t carry my girls in my belly but I carried them in my heart and still do to this day and they are 23 and 19. Love my Girls❤️💜🧡

@@rachelspooner8505 first of all why do you want a hysterectomy? If you have a disease or something then yes. If you just want one to be free of getting pregnant or other things no 🥺. But it is you and your drs choice in the end.😊
What a CRAZY journey you guys are on right now!!! So many ways for your life to turn upside down and now you’re gonna be trying for baby #2 under the most surreal circumstances!! You guys are so strong and resilient, you got this!!! 🙏🏻💕💛
@@Nellieroo6203 Well, having several kids is...a choice and all. But, those 5 kids will also have to grow up and need resources from this world. They'll need a source of income, a home to live in, a way to potentially get to and from work depending. Basically it's more people to take up resources that may not be so accessible by the time they are adults. I guess my response to "why not 5?" Is that it seems a tad irresponsible in today's world. I mean, I don't want kids myself so maybe it'll even out for those that want more. But, I don't really understand the need to have more than 2-3.
Sarah, I had that same thing. At the age of 20 the doctor actually told me I'd be lucky to ever have kids. My kids are now 30, 28, and 25. I also started taking herbs and vitamins. Which helped immensely. Hope that helps. ❤❤
Wishing you a speedy recovery and safe trip! I know it's overwhelming right now, but it's a blessing you were diagnosed so quickly. It takes most women about 7 years to get diagnosed with endometriosis, because their complaints are ignored. I'm currently battling to get diagnosed.
I had it too. Your very lucky to have gotten pregnant early and yes don't wait if you want another. I lost 3 pregnancies on our journey and one of those my life was in jeopardy and required emergency surgery. Skipping ahead 9 years after we gave up because my tubes were clubbed, hormones out of whack, you name it I was a mess from endo and had 6 abdominal surgeries. At age 35 (husband 45) I got a really bad flu that was going around in 1999 and was living on Nyquil for about 4 weeks,,,, Surprise, Jan 2000 I was pregnant. Shock isn't even a big enough word. It took 16 years of medication, surgeries, tears, disappointments, but our baby finally made it into our arms Big, healthy and the happiest baby I could have ever wished for. Best wishes to you all. Your wonderful parents and I pray you have as many as you want.
I truly love you guys but gotta admit that I got extremely anxious when Jack was on the porch alone. He's getting to the age that takes constant supervision. I know how much you love him. Just please keep him in your sight at all times. So glad you're feeling better Sarah. Life will get fast once you add another little one. God bless you. Have a good flight and a restful trip.
Hi Sarah! I was diagnosed 6 years ago with endometriosis after being in pain from the time I had my period (11 years old). I was also told to get pregnant as soon as possible after having a large cyst removed from my ovary. I have now cured/healed my endometriosis!!! Please don't let doctors pressure you into pregnancy and/or taking hormone medication I never did any of that and I first managed the endometriosis and now it's gone. My gynecologist at the time gave me a lot of support and was amazed at my results. I now have normal periods and only 1-2 days discomfort The first thing I did (and recommended by my homeopath) was to stop eating all animal products especially meat. I did that for 4 years and am now vegan. Secondly, there are 2 herbs that are extremely healing for the female reproductive organs and help so much with pain, inflammation etc : lady's mantle / Alchemilla tea and yarrow tea ! Can also be taken in combination These herbs are also in pre&post partum teas But with endometriosis you can drink about 3 cups per day, especially when you have your period I have recommend this to so many women and it's helped them instantly The change in diet is of course more difficult but the main goal is to remove animal hormone from your diet Endometriosis flares with excess of estrogen Of course this also means sugar and other estrogen heavy foods Please write me know if you have any questions! I really hope you will explore alternative / natural medicines Pressured pregnancy and hormones are not the answer ♥️ Ps. It can still happen that you keep growing cysts, I did over years, but they were much smaller, often disappeared and reappeared but I never had to have another surgery Lots of love to you three!!!
I had a hysterectomy at 26; stage 4 Endo but ALSO other issues. Regarding the endometriosis... I had to have another surgery about 3 years after that and STILL had Endo... So don't do anything radical thinking it will be gone. Much love.
Wow..super negative. You got the shit end of the stick. Not everyone has issues after getting a hysterectomy. It is usually a great relief. I know I have been pain free for 20 years now after mine. Nice way to try and scare someone for no reason though. Good on ya.
The two of you and Lauren and Tanner are my favorite UA-camrs! You are great parents, and we are here for you having another baby! I mean, look at Jack, you clearly make beautiful babies 💕
I never pack clothing if I'm going to stay with a family member. I spend anywhere from 2 to 6 months out of the year in Northern California. But my summers are for Orange County. Since it's ALWAYS cold on the coast, I leave all my "winter" clothes up there. I stay with my uncle and his partner when down south. I have a small chest I leave my summer clothes in. For anything else, there is Walmart, Goodwill, salvation army thrift stores and Dollar Tree. The only thing I cart back and forth are the mountain of art supplies I need to make my living, and my healing crystals. Good luck with the trip, don't stress, and have a wonderful holiday. Sending you all reiki love and energy.
Love you guys. I had endometriosis when I was in my early 20’s. It had gone through my uterus to a couple of other organs. So, I ended up getting a hysterectomy at 25. The good news is that my husband and I ended up adopting three beautiful children - two boys and a girl. Praying for you guys and little Jack. He is such a cutie. Safe travels always. ❤️💖❤️🙏🏻
Prayers for all the subscribers who are going through something similar. Prayers for you Sarah for so many different blessings! Keep the faith and listen to your physician. Have a great trip to Utah. Enjoy your families!
Can’t handle the yawns 🥱but definitely sympathize with what Sara has had to go through. You both are amazing parents. Jack is adorable 🥰!! So very happy for you going home for the Holidays !! Safe travels.
We are so sorry to hear that Sarah's endometriosus is that bad. My wife ended up with stage 4 at which point it would drop her to her knees. Jack is just so cute.
I'm not sure why I like to watch your videos. Maybe just the fun you have with each other and Jack. I have 3 children 23 and twins that are 22. My daughter was 17 months when I brought twins home. It was crazy at first but I loved having them close. Good luck extending your family I just wanted to mention that I got nervous seeing Jack out on the balcony by himself. He is such a climber and curious little guy. I worry he might try to go under the railings or through the slats. Sorry guys...not wanting to scare you. I was an ECE for 32 years and I know how fast something can happen. Best wishes for a full recovery Sarah. Have a fun trip and Happy Hollidays. 🦃🌲
Sarah, pick out your outfits and take pictures of them. Make sure to make outfits that you can use the pieces with several options. For instance black tank use with 3 outfits, white tank or shirt same, pants same. For jackets bring primary colors or neutrals. Then, go see Marie Condo video. She will show you how to pack smarter.
Great job getting Jack out in the mornings Derrik keeping his routines and exerting some energy is huge! @@ashgreen3574 The kids are born and are part of the family now. Even if they could trade it, they can’t. A baby does not get the decision whether they are born or not, only the parents do. You make the best life out of the circumstances you were born in. Get your negative energy out of here.
@@ashgreen3574 @Ash Green I'm actually one of 6 myself. Did I always love it as a kid? No. Particularly as the oldest female with 2 full time working parents. A lot of responsibility was put on my shoulders. I took my experience and try to parent differently in some ways so my kids don't bear the burdens I did. Of course some days my kids wish they could be 1 of fewer (likewise some days kids with only 1 sibling might wish to be an only or have many siblings) but overall they would say it is a positive experience.
I had a doctor tell me to have another baby and I was like that’s not a reason to bring another life into the world. But a year after having it lasered out we had our son after our 2 girls. Since then I’ve had a total hysterectomy and still have problems. That stuff is the devil. I wish you all the best!!

I have endo (or did for many years. I had a hysterectomy). Pregnancy does help. I know how painful endo is too. I feel for you. I had mine on my bladder, bowels, ovaries and uterus. I still have some scar tissue after 9 surgeries. I have been praying for your healing! I am glad that they found it. That is huge! It's good to have answers!
Oh man, I have endometriosis, too (and PCOS)! My Dr. recommended the Mediterranean Diet 7 years ago and it has helped SOOO much! They think it's partly to do with all the chemicals we have around us and that go into our bodies. Wishing you a speedy recovery! You'll feel so much better after! 💕
Hello Beeston Fam, I too have Endometriosis and have been through 6 major pelvic surgeries starting from my early twenties up until I hit forty when I had a ruptured ectopic pregnancy that required emergency surgery. I have required heavy painkillers throughout even though I too have a very high pain tolerance. Unfortunately I was unable to have children due to my severe endometriosis. I love you guys, such a beautiful loving family and beautiful Jack of course. You guys have and are all I ever wished and hoped for but unfortunately never had. Definitely more babies, 'pop' them out. You are so very blessed to have your beautiful son Jack, (keep those babies coming!) and to not have much more pain than you have given the severity of your Endo. Prayers and Blessings from Australia. 💖🙏👶🦎🌴🇦🇺
I used to have endo it was stage 3 o believe too. It ruined my life but I healed it! I had surgery too and it didn’t do anything but now I know why it actually has a lot to do with mineral balancing in the cells. There’s a test you can do
You two are wonderful parents. That is obvious to see. Of course it's up to you. Any child you bring into our world will be a 🙏🏼Blessing🕊 I'm 63 but, you can't keep be off the swing. Can't fly off any mor but, I can still fly🕊
I ziploc bag everything. I use gallon size for underwear, socks, baby clothes like sleepwear, shirts, etc. Then i bought several big travel ziploc ones from walmart that all the pants, jeans, large shirts etc Can go in and then you use your vacuum to suck the air out of it. I also ziploc everything in my back.pack. electronic cords, shacks, extra underwear etc. So dtb you go through security everything is bagged. I travel from the US to Kenya often and this is the best way to keepi organized
I had the exact same thing! I only had one baby. But had to keep getting it burned off. Once I got past the age of having any more babies, they took my ovaries out and all the issues stopped. But you have along way to go before that happens with many kids and a great life!! You need to have babies bc it can scar your tunes so you wanna get your kiddos.
Me too. My only regret was doing the Lupron injections, still paying the price for that horrible stuff, should have just opted for the oophorectomy when I had my C sec.
@@jenniferd.w.357 I was offered something similar to Lupron. It was a pill called Orlissa. So glad I didn’t take it because the side effects are horrendous and I got pregnant with my daughter around the time I was supposed to take it. If I took it I wouldn’t have her :’(
My dear Sarah, you found the coolest way to get to have 5 babies in 5 years, with no arguments from Derick , lol. But, seriously, I am sorry about the news. For a beautiful young family to have to go thru so early in your lives, it sucks. But, the flip side is an apartment full of Jacks!!! Who could ask for more. Ok, guys you've got this plus you have the prayers and good wishes of a whole bunch of fans, along with your families and friends. God speed!!
Packing tip: A day or two before the trip . . . Pack what you want, then unpack and remove anything you decide you don't REALLY need. Then repack, and repeat. However many times you go through the bags, convince yourself that you MUST leave something behind. Not sure if it's possible with Jack taking a lot of you attention, but it's worked for me, 👍 As others have said, unless you're leaving civilization behind, you'll be able to get basic essentials at your destination. Happy Thanksgiving and safe trip. 🦃 🎄 🎉
I just leave my suitcase open for a couple of days and then see what I use a lot throughout the day and put that in/ on my list. On top of that maybe swimsuits, etc., little things you will only need on holiday of course.
As my dad always said. Leave someone you visit a little better off then when you arrived! Meaning leave something you brought in to help them out. Omg yes i do this every year when i travel once. Its my excuse to get a new pair shoes or outfit. I usually donate what clothes i leave.
I knew it from the title!!!!! I have endometriosis also and have had everything removed except for my ovaries. I got diagnosed with endo right after I had my son. I thank God every day for my beautiful son, he will be 7 on December 24th, and I would never of been this strong willed without my baby boy and of course God. My mom also suffered with Endo and so have my grandmother and my great grandmother.🙏🏻 I pray everything works out for your beautiful family. This is most definitely something you need to deal with as a family. I still have Endometriosis to this day and i know without a hysterectomy I would be a lot sicker than I am. Having your family as your rock (so to speak) is what will get you thru❤️❤️❤️❤️🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
OMG Sarah you are such a cute human lol I just love how much you are always smiling! I have endometriosis stage 2, so much love to you while you navigate it. Love that you are able to stay so positive, I have the exact same motto. If I have to live my life with it than I'm going to make it the best life possible! xoxo
Loads of prayers for you and your young family. Endometriosis is terrible, but I’m so glad that you found a good doctor that knows what she is talking about and how to protect you and your future family! God knows your future and His plan is perfect. ....A ragging banchie and a tornado! Welcome to the next level of parenting ! ❣️❣️❣️
Feel better! I travel a lot for work and on small planes so weight is important. Pack for 1 week tops. If it's going to be cold then pack t-shirts to go under 1 Hoodia or sweater. That keeps your clean but packs smaller stuff. Jeans and shorts can be worn more than once so 3 pairs of pants tops. Pile everything you want to take first then go back and put stuff back. Buy all your shower stuff wherever you are going except travel size. Wear your heavier shoes to travel and pack 1 more pair. Pack an empty laundry bag in the bottom of your suitcase. They don't take up any room but if you need space for more stuff on the way home you can write your name on it with sharpie, stuff some clothes in it, tie it up tight, and check it as baggage! I hope that helps.
I'm so glad you're not telling anyone when you're coming off birth control. This made me smile... its one of these things when a couple don't think they're ready for a baby but God has other plans for them. My mum had 5 close together and always told us it was easier having kids close in age xx
This is one of my favorite families on UA-cam like they deserve a lot more subscribers I mean they are amazing really genuine sweet couple and they are very good parents a incredible dad oh my God this Dad is incredible I just wish them the best of luck and blessings on a New Journey of having a baby when they are ready
Make a list of everything you need and when you put it in your suitcase check it off. Idk if you have already tried that but it worked for me! Your welcome
So glad surgery went well Sarah💖Please rest up to heal your body. Please try to help Sarah more. You guys are the best parents and I pray you get all the children you want🙏God bless the 3 of you✝️
Wishing you a speedy recovery Sarah! I recently found out I have a cyst on my left ovary as well and if it hasn't gotten smaller at my next appointment in 5 weeks then they're going to take it out as well. It's sort of a blessing in disguise I guess because I believe I have endometriosis too so they can have a look at that as well.
Sending love, light, and respect. As someone who went through this it is very painful. Having a high pain tolerance may sound cool, but it's not a good thing. I know that from experience.
I’m the mother of 4. I suffered from endometriosis too and even though you think Jack is getting more active there is never a good time to have a 2nd baby. After I had my surgery my doctor also told me if we wanted to have more children to go for it! I actually go pregnant right away. The key to packing especially for a long trip is remember you have a washer/dryer where your going and if you need anything you can buy it there! Have fun
Acupuncture saved me. My endometriosis my almost all the way on my intestines, my doctor couldn't take it all out. The pain was horrible and medication was not helping, so I went and tried acupuncture for one time only and after that I never had pain again. I really recommend it.
Sarah! First and foremost please rest!! It makes recooperating easier! Derek what an awesome husband and father you are!!! It’s so amazing to see you caring for the 2 most important people in your life! Hang in there you guys it will get better!!
You are soooo spot on with the high pain tolerance to pain when experience the level of endometriosis stage 3. Learn to speak up more when you are in pain! I also had a high pain tolerance with stage 4 endometriosis to the point of having to go to the hospital in an ambulance. Please recognize your pain level and get help sooner than later. Your body, your husband Derek, and your families will certainly appreciate it! 💖
Sarah, I hope you feel great soon!!! Before I start to pack I start a list a week before, and put everything I need on it, then look over it 3 days then pack the night before from the completed lists. It is much easier not to forget to update the list and pack the things like charger, baby creams , first. Love you guys, praying for you!!!
One thing that I do when packing for a long trip is to on your phone go to the notes app and start a note for what to pack. After you do that every time you think of something you need to pack put it on the list. This helps me a lot also think about how many days you’ll be there pack two pairs of clothes for each day!!
I was always an over-packer. Now I try to keep in mind whether or not I will have access to a washer and dryer. I pack seven outfits per person that will get us through a week. As far as travel is concerned and keeping Jack occupied: I used to go shopping for small handheld toys (safe for his age) and gift wrap them. Have enough for one per hour or two. Of course, ziplocks with snacks. We traveled a couple times a year and it always went smoothly. My boys were great travelers. When packing roll your clothes. It takes up less space and doesn't wrinkle as much. I will pray for you all. Stay observant, safe, and alert and have fun.
I have endometriosis as well and it is a difficult journey but you can do this. I had stage3 almost 4 and my dr told me the same thing about getting pregnant and it's true it does help but take it easy it is a hard road. You got this.
Hi Sara, I would recommend 2 tips from my own life (unorganized, + married to a person with ADHD...so I do it all): make up either in your head or on a note on the fridge a basic packing list for each one of you for a summery weekend at a place with a washing machine or if there is no machine. make a list for things to add for a week long trip, and for a winter trip. then, combine them when needed. also - we have a package of diapers at my parents waiting for us every time, pyjamas for each one, and extra clothes, so we don't really need to worry... about your endometriosis - from my own experience with other issues, this can be a gift for a better way of life, I truly recommend checking the natural way of life, both physically and mentally. the most important - checking out changing the way we eat and what we eat, but no diet in the world will survive if you think of it as a diet and as some restrictions, that's why, also working on your mental health, stress and anything else, as minor as it may be, will make everything much better, something like NLP, Yoga, Meditation... our bodies and souls depend on each other. I haven't taken any medication for years, except for some minor pain killers after giving birth and having some complications, I haven't had the flu, and the health problems I had before, from age 15, have gone. they come back to remind me, whenever I go back to the foods that my body doesn't need and want plus the addition of stress from work or my personal life. have a great trip.
Littles are super busy at that age, exploring everything. It is wild sometimes to see exactly how many things/objects they interact with daily as they learn about the world around them. I used to feel that way when watching my niece when she was Jack's age. Everything that was out of the cupboards, all the toys and books out at the end of the day, all of it was something she had interacted with during the day. Crazy to think about how busy they are and how much they are learning simply by getting into all the cupboards.
I had terrible endometriosis and it led to infertility. I have a friend who is in her 20's that had level 4 endometriosis, she followed the anti-inflammatory diet perfectly and completely got away from sugar due to having multiple sclerosis. She also was a part of a clinical study in California for endometriosis. By doing the anti-inflammatory diet it improved her MS, but when she went to the dr. in California they were blown away... her endometriosis was completely healed. Endometriosis is inflamation and for some reason they never seem to think of diet. I wish Would have known about this information before the countless surgeries and final hysterecotomy. God bless you all!
I had stage 4 endometriosis, 8 yrs of infertility finally adopted my daughter love of my life best decision of my life so good luck on your adventures.
Best wishes for a safe journey! Also be careful to keep your eyes on Jack on that dangerously high porch with open slats he can get in trouble with...!
The part I love is that you let jack explore with making messes, eventually he will go out of it, but he's gonna remember at some point that his parents are so cool for letting him figure things out without being yelled at.
I feel Sarah and the anxiety while packing. I also overpack. I think I feel anxious because I worry I will forget something that is needed. I try thinking of ALL scenarios and what might be needed. I have started to remind myself wherever we are traveling to will have a store and if needed we can buy what needed. I always think while packing I wish I could just fold up our house into a bag like Marry Poppins.
Safe travels, keep your heads up! Jack is so cute! And personally I think it's more fun when your babies are active and ornery! And it helps them learn faster and more!! Congrats on growing your family. Sending lots of love and positive vibes!! Happy Thanksgiving, Happy Holidays!! ❤️K
PACKING TIP: Use packing cubes or the elephant brand bags with zipper compression (Amazon). They are key to making everything compressed to fit. I also have dedicated bags for toiletries and cosmetics. Everything has a place.
Wishes for a speedy recovery Sarah! 🧡 I've only recently found y'all and I am SO thankful I did! 💙 Safe travels to Utah and good luck when you start trying for baby #2 🤞🍀 Love from Canada 🇨🇦

I have Irish Twins - less than one year apart - I woke up to them, one morning, with every spice from the spice cupboard poured into a nice pile on the floor. They were about 18mos and 29 mos (they're 30 and 31 now) - I couldn't be mad - it was so hilarious and they were having such a good time LOL then, I discovered sensory bins - so my next two didn't get into things as much - seeing Jack get messy with the avocado and get into the cocoa just took me back. It's great you caught it on camera because you look back and those are such precious memories
You have such a beautiful family :) I love watching your updates. Sarah, please take care of yourself. I had the same Endometriosis as you. I remember the pain and fatigue. Unfortunately, my condition advanced and I was forced into having a hysterectomy without choice due to blood loss. Extra prayers for you all. You asked for packing tips ??? I used to live on Oahu, and come visit family here on the East Coast , doing the over packing thing every time. My Mom was the one that helped me stop. She told me to always remember that there is a Washer and dryer where you will be staying, and that fortunately I have a Sister that is about my same size..lol. you can always pack 3-4 weeks worth of outfits for each of you and wash while you are away. Ask your in-laws if you can leave a couple totes in their garage or storage..each time you visit you can bring a couple outfits there with them in totes, you will be able to pack less knowing that you already have clothes there waiting for you Hope the tips help Have a great trip Happy Thanksgiving Angel

I always make sure bare minimum with a couple extra outfits. If you still have more then you think can fit then you should pack like you're playing tetris. I have been able to get everything I need which was 3-4 days outfits and every other essential thing into a draw string back pack. The stuff I did not want to lose came in a big purse. Get the right purse it seems like it can fit everything. It helps growing up with someone who did packing for a living. Bare minimum essential items first.

Wishing you a speedy recovery and safe trip! I know it's overwhelming right now, but it's a blessing you were diagnosed so quickly. It takes most women about 7 years to get diagnosed with endometriosis, because their complaints are ignored. I'm currently battling to get diagnosed.
Kealy I absolutely know what you are going through🙏🏻 stay strong sweetheart.
Please don't let doctors pressure you into pregnancy and/or taking hormone medication
I never did any of that and I first managed the endometriosis and now it's gone. My gynecologist at the time gave me a lot of support and was amazed at my results. I now have normal periods and only 1-2 days discomfort
The first thing I did (and recommended by my homeopath) was to stop eating all animal products especially meat. I did that for 4 years and am now vegan. Secondly, there are 2 herbs that are extremely healing for the female reproductive organs and help so much with pain, inflammation etc : lady's mantle / Alchemilla tea and yarrow tea ! Can also be taken in combination
These herbs are also in pre&post partum teas
But with endometriosis you can drink about 3 cups per day, especially when you have your period
I have recommend this to so many women and it's helped them instantly
The change in diet is of course more difficult but the main goal is to remove animal hormone from your diet
Endometriosis flares with excess of estrogen
Of course this also means sugar and other estrogen heavy foods
Please write me know if you have any questions! I really hope you will explore alternative / natural medicines
Pressured pregnancy and hormones are not the answer ♥️
Ps. It can still happen that you keep growing cysts, I did over years, but they were much smaller, often disappeared and reappeared but I never had to have another surgery
Lots of love to you three!!!
Good on ya.
You should make more babies 😊 as you clearly make beautiful babies as Jack is! Hope for Sarah's speedy recovery! Much 💞
The two of you and Lauren and Tanner are my favorite UA-camrs! You are great parents, and we are here for you having another baby! I mean, look at Jack, you clearly make beautiful babies 💕
You guys are probably the most wholesome family on youtube
I'm in the process of getting diagnosed with endo right now (I'm 23) and you sharing is helping a LOT. Praying you get an easy baby #2!!
Keeping you in my thoughts and prayers! I love the closing, look who is behind you two!! HE is with you ALWAYS ❤🙏❤
Safe travels.
every parent goes true some kind off trouble...
some even lose there children...
stop making regular people famous.
Times of health issues were hard as a single parent..but we got through it and my son is the most amazing and helpful 15y old❤️! You guys are such an awesome family team and Jack is the cutest lil cyclone! Kiddos always seem to feel the transitions and get into high octane haha! Sarah your the sweetest badass😇, I know it’s sooo hard to rest when your starting to feel a little better! You guys do such a great job keeping in good spirit through all the ups and downs! Safe travels to you all and enjoy time with family!!
Trust God is making a way for you two to grow your family in a healthy way, both for the babies AND for Sarah. You are both so open, honest, and sweetly humble and God sees your loving, pure hearts. I'll be praying a lot for y'all including little Jack and his future little siblings. AMEN!!!
Mom of 5 here... gotta say, wouldn't trade it for the world! So excited for you guys to grow your beautiful family!
But would your kids? A lot of kids from big families are not happy.
@@ashgreen3574 yeah true I come from family of 5 kids and I loved it I wanted my mum
to have more!
@@ashgreen3574 a lot of kids from small families aren't happy either
Love that jack just hangs and knows your going to catch him. That is true trust and the love for his Daddy.
You are such a great daddy. Not all parents are like you guys. Love love Jack.❤❤❤
🥰 your family is just the best, hope you are blessed with baby #2 asap. God bless y'all
It’s almost time to staple chicken wire around your porch so Jack won’t climb over the railing.😂
PS. I’m a farmer. Maybe there is an urban equivalent to chicken fencing.
awe Sarah I totally understand ❤ ive suffered from Endometriosis and polly Cystic Ovarian Syndrome my whole life. I was sadly never able to have children 😔 Your beautiful son is such a blessing! 😊❤ I'm so happy you were able to conceive such a beautiful gift 🙏💕 best of luck to you and your gorgeous family xxx
I have PCOS, and never could have kids, but I was lucky not to have endo. It’s hard to love children so much, but not be able to have them.
@@constitutionalrepublic1966 I totally understand that ❤ endo was very painful so I'm glad you didn't get it either hun. I've suffered from acute painful periods since I was 16. I had it burnt out in an operation when I was 20 but it grew back 🤷♀️ and I too never was able to conceive.
I think I'm the only girl I know that actually welcomes menopause!! haha ill be happy to see the end of it.
Even tho I couldn't have my own baby 😔💔 I do have furr children! hahaha! 😂 I replaced a child with gunia pigs, fish🐟 mice🐭, bunny rabbits🐇, a duck 🦆 a peacock 🦚 a few cats 🐈 a joey 🦘 chickens 🐤 and now I just have my husky Sydney 🐕 and my Gallah cockatoo smiggy 🦜🤣🤣🤣 haha! I filled the void with animals and it's definitely helped me love something other then myself 😊💕
Hi Sarah and Derrik, om goodness not forgetting Jack. He is so cute.
Derrik is so great with Jack.
Sarah listen to your body and rest.
I love watching your videos.
I am praying for all of you.
God bless lots of love, Maria.
🥰🥰🥰
Jack is absolutely adorable, your children will be beautiful.
SARAH!!! I’m actually on recovery time from surgery too I had it yesterday and I totally understand how you are feeling and I wish y’all the best
Fellow surgery recover here. I had my fallopian tubes removed on the 19th. Then we get to start IVF in January!
Hope your recovery is speedy and as pain free as possible!!
Bless u🙏
I used to have endo it was stage 3 o believe too. It ruined my life but I healed it! I had surgery too and it didn’t do anything but now I know why it actually has a lot to do with mineral balancing in the cells. There’s a test you can do
You two are wonderful parents. That is obvious to see. Of course it's up to you. Any child you bring into our world will be a
🙏🏼Blessing🕊
I'm 63 but, you can't keep be off the swing.
What is the name of it ,i couldn't hear it clearly , so i can google it to know more
@@jenniferd.w.357 I was offered something similar to Lupron. It was a pill called Orlissa. So glad I didn’t take it because the side effects are horrendous and I got pregnant with my daughter around the time I was supposed to take it. If I took it I wouldn’t have her :’(
@@Addie555 Are you meaning the condition? It's called endometriosis.
God speed!!
I have endometriosis.. I had 4 surgeries.. I understand!!! I pray God heals you!!! 🙏🏼❤️✝️🍃🌸🦋
Hopefully pregnancy happens quickly. Sending y’all fertility vibes.
It will be interesting to see how they manage more than one child.
Packing tip: A day or two before the trip . . . Pack what you want, then unpack and remove anything you decide you don't REALLY need. Then repack, and repeat. However many times you go through the bags, convince yourself that you MUST leave something behind. Not sure if it's possible with Jack taking a lot of you attention, but it's worked for me, 👍
As others have said, unless you're leaving civilization behind, you'll be able to get basic essentials at your destination. Happy Thanksgiving and safe trip. 🦃 🎄 🎉
this is what i do! it helps!
Good idea
wow thanks, i never thought of it that way before!
I put locks on all cabinets except one that my kids were allowed free access..input all kinds of bowls wooden spoons a pan etc in there for them
I absolutely love all three of you. watching Jack grow up is amazing and I smile and my heart just melt at his adorable face.. much love❤️❤️❤️
Prayers for you and your family. I hope you can get pregnant Jack would make a great big brother. You all are such amazing parents.
My mom also suffered with Endo and so have my grandmother and my great grandmother.🙏🏻
I pray everything works out for your beautiful family.
If I have to live my life with it than I'm going to make it the best life possible! xoxo
Yes Sarah and Derick pregnancy worked for me with no further symptoms. Best of luck both
Loads of prayers for you and your young family.
You guys are the best parents and I pray you get all the children you want🙏God bless the 3 of you✝️
Chef Jack!!!!! SO CUTE! I'm so glad that UA-cam recommended this channel to me! I sending prayers and well wishes to you for your recovery!
Wishing you a speedy recovery Sarah! I recently found out I have a cyst on my left ovary as well and if it hasn't gotten smaller at my next appointment in 5 weeks then they're going to take it out as well. It's sort of a blessing in disguise I guess because I believe I have endometriosis too so they can have a look at that as well.
the more Derik and Sarah say Jack is more active, the more i think Jack is getting cuter. anyways love your videos!
Have fun
I believe a closed shoe or sneaker is much more supportive for a new walker. He is just adorable and you are great parents.
You guys are such an all American family. Jack can't get anymore gorgeous. Happiest little guy I've ever seen. ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️
Yay, you’re so good with Jack, we need more little jacks and jacklyns too watch😊!🙏🙏🙏! I’m so glad you’re feeling better.
Hi Sara, I would recommend 2 tips from my own life (unorganized, + married to a person with ADHD...so I do it all):
make up either in your head or on a note on the fridge a basic packing list for each one of you for a summery weekend at a place with a washing machine or if there is no machine.
make a list for things to add for a week long trip, and for a winter trip.
then, combine them when needed.
also - we have a package of diapers at my parents waiting for us every time, pyjamas for each one, and extra clothes, so we don't really need to worry...
about your endometriosis -
from my own experience with other issues,
this can be a gift for a better way of life, I truly recommend checking the natural way of life, both physically and mentally.
the most important - checking out changing the way we eat and what we eat,
but no diet in the world will survive if you think of it as a diet and as some restrictions,
that's why, also working on your mental health, stress and anything else, as minor as it may be, will make everything much better,
something like NLP, Yoga, Meditation...
our bodies and souls depend on each other.
I haven't taken any medication for years, except for some minor pain killers after giving birth and having some complications,
I haven't had the flu, and the health problems I had before, from age 15, have gone. they come back to remind me, whenever I go back to the foods that my body doesn't need and want plus the addition of stress from work or my personal life.
have a great trip.
Have a safe trip you guys. Prayers for complete recovery.
I love you guys !!!
Pack for 1 week they have washers and dryers in Utah. If you forget something they also have stores.
Stress is not good. Relax and enjoy life! C
You are a one great family, I admire your family
I hope everything works out for you Sarah. You & Derik are such a lovely young couple & Jack is adorable!! Love watching your videos!! Fingers crossed you are blessed with more children.
I am so glad you are such a close, loving couple. Have those babies.spread the love.Blessings.
🙏 that everything goes well and your beautiful family grows leaps and bounds. ❤
You have such a beautiful family :)
I love watching your updates.
Ask your in-laws if you can leave a couple totes in their garage or storage..each time you visit you can bring a couple outfits there with them in totes, you will be able to pack less knowing that you already have clothes there waiting for you
Hope the tips help
Have a great trip
Happy Thanksgiving
Angel
Continued prayers for healing.

You’re a champ and one of the best parents.
I’m also a high tolerance of pain.
I have many autoimmune problems and forever blessed that I don’t take crazy drugs in order to function! TMI I know
Looking forward to see your extended family over the holidays.
All your friends are amazing too.
I follow them because of your vlogs.
I went through same thing. Plus after my surgery went on Lipton depot. Got pregnant 1 month after stopping. Then dr told me not to wait any longer than 6 months to get pregnant again. Got pregnant at exactly 6 months. My first 2 were 15 months apart! Then I thought okay I’m good. I had 2 more babies!!!!! Such a blessing
I am a senior that found you by accident. I have enjoyed your videos and just love lil Jack. You posted this video on my birthday, age 67. My oldest friend has had endometriosis for over 40 yrs. She was never able to conceive. So glad you have Jack. God Bless your young and cute family!
😀😀😀
You got it Sarah and Derek just keep your hopes up. You got to have faith you guys are great parents
My advice for packing would be to sit down a couple days before and make a list 👍🏻 I never forget anything and I use everything I pack
I absolutely love your videos!
