Scott, I’m so thankful for your channel. You’re making me a better photographer. I’m 4 years into rebooting my love for nature photography. You don’t talk about gear you must have, or chase the latest tech. You teach the ART of photography. This is what we need. I’m striving to create a photograph, not snap a photo. You, yourself are inspiring me!! Thank you for teaching a 62 year old woman in the USA.
This is a _very_ good video. I'm feeling inspired by it. And not just for wildlife photography - which is the minority of my photography. But this idea of cross-pollinating techniques and ideas. Thanks for this.
Thank you so much for this. I bought my first “real camera” 50 years ago (still have it). Over the years, I’ve taken thousands of photos, in most genres including underwater. Periodically, I would go a few months without shooting anything, mostly due to available time. The last time I was I the field was mid March of 2020, Canada went into lockdown three days later. Since the I’ve picked up my camera once. Was out for a few hours and took half a dozen photos and went home again. This video is just what I need, a roadmap to rediscovering what I loved so much about photography that got lost in a pandemic. Thank you Scott!
Many thanks again Scott for this great video. I get most of my inspiration from belonging to 2 photography clubs and attending professional workshops. LRPS and BPE1 so far, fingers crossed for CPAGB coming up soon.
I always get my inspiration for my wildlife photography from tne story in how tne image was taken and what photographers like yourself have to say about the subject, so many thanks Scott 😊
Thanks this is a great video, I am inspired by the process of photography and learning about all areas surrounding it and not just one type but nature and wildlife are two of the main areas i enjoy, looking at others photos and grasping new techniques which help me imagine things in new ways and help me towards personal improvement in the subject as a whole
This was a useful video, it's given me some food for thought. Just to add, I appreciate the quality of the editing in your videos. It must take a lot of work. 👍🏻
I let inspiration find me. "The harder you look, the less you see" I close my eyes, breathe and walk and let it appear. And my my biggest rule is i categorically do not give one flying hoot what anyone thinks.
I did night photography Friday night they had a Back To The Future Night at the Puente Hills Mall which was the Mall used in the movie there were at least 20 Deloreans there to photograph a lot of people in costume from the movie The next day I did bird photography in the park I got a picture of Commorand standing drying himself with his wings open
