its really good! as im learning i have a question about the tab, what does that bridge above the numbers mean? is it a mute or just a long note? thanks!!

There’s two different names for the little arch over the tab notes. If it’s over the same note and continues onto the next measure, then it is a tie. That just connects the length of both notes, so you would play the first single note for the duration of both of them together. If the arch is over two different numbers tabs, then it is a slur. For that you only play the first note and then softly transition to the one it’s connected to, if that makes sense? I’ve read sheet music for a few years but only just started learning the bass, so I could be wrong about the technique.
An example of both would be around 1:12 . A slur is in the second measure (notes 6+8) and the tie in the third measure going to the fourth (notes 5+5).
