You are very welcome Timo. Albums like this are always great to explore, challenges me to experience more than just what's on the surface and relay those thoughts and emotions to everyone who watches my videos.
Great work with this one 🙂. It must be hard , describe this masterpiece in 8 minutes. For me it' s already one of the classic's ... its up there whit cult bands . We did talk about the classic book's . I think Music album can be judge the same way . Timeless, demands some effort to understand them , and that perfection . Its like all band members did decide go 110% into this . And fun to hear Sabine's voice in more then as a Soprano , and as you mentioned...the drumming... Can be very calm , but suddenly more aggressive. And Icamiabas.......first time i heard it , i thought..what ???? You dont expect a band from Finland , do a song whit en Brazil touch ....its like their own Roots Bloody Roots . And i think Sabine talks in some native language, makes it sound like a curse almost ..love that song 🙂. Great review, great work, keep it up Andrew 👍
That is a good analogy, comparing classic literature to albums. Not everyone takes the time to understand what Dickens was writing and I'm sure not everyone will find the layers to this album and what each style of vocals can represent. You know what the drumming reminds me of? In a sense of using certain cymbals and toms to enhance notes and chords. Vesa Ranta I hope people read your comment, maybe they will understand the time they need to invest into listening to this album.
@@AndrewSennedra I like when the music has so much to offer, this album in my opinion, will be timeless, cause it grows on you . And no its not an " mainstream album" , you really have to listen, whit an open mind. Timo could easy do an mainstream radio song , but it would not hold such high quality. And you as me , listen a lot to metal, and are not in one genre, i think that help us. And it must be fun for each member of the band , to do Doom metal , but on so different layers. If this album did came out around late 90s it would be huge . Back then , you did buy an album, did listen to it , no Spotify or anything. Even not radio. You really did an effort , did try . The music, the lyrics, everything was under the looking glass ....it was not so easy to come over new albums like that . Save money, buy an album each month, was common . Today so much good music get lost , cause Spotify and others ...offers so much. I would say , many people hear music today, very few listen. But it is a 10 out 10 album...i play it everyday.
Thank you for your review!🤘🏻 I am very happy you liked the album.
It means a lot. 🔥

@@AndrewSennedraI agree. This album isn’t the easiest album to listen. May take few spins before finding all the layers.
