- I don't usually do knife reviews, but when I received this Civivi Mini Praxis, I figured it would be good to capture my first impressions on the knife.

Mine doesn't really snap open with authority. Not a huge deal, but there it is.
Civivi doesn't put an ugly logo on the blade itself, its on the pivot collar.
What would you recommend for a smaller 3” blade like this?
That is a tough question to answer due to all the variables. For a budget replacement, I would probably look at the small Honey Badger, above this model. For a slightly larger knife, I am really liking the Essee Avispa that I currently have for a "budget" EDC.
My only complaint is that the mini praxis is a pretty small knife. but mine came really sharp which is nice. and for 30 bucks you really can't complain.
So, you bought a "mini knife" and your only complaint is that its small? O kay then.
