Most companies that hire on lease operators or "independent contractors" really don't have control over the driver's scheduling. The idea is to have you communicate with your dispatch when and where you'd like to run, and they try to make it work. So, to answer your question, you could be home every weekend. The question is if you are going to have a profitable business if you do?
Facts I work here an absolutely the truth normal orientation have 30-50 drivers so in a year over 1600 new drivers for a company that has less than 900 on the road j/s the man is correct they are nice but nice don't pay bills at home wait til he gets back to back checks of $250 for a week away from home then get a good one of $2,000 that's $2500 for the month bring home
So far they've been keeping me rolling but I've had a couple of bad weeks due to some personal family stuff that required me to be home two weekends in a row.

Even though my physical was current, they do pay for a new physical so be prepared for that. Most companies are like that. Keeps there paperwork in order.

I asked them for all the load confirmation sheets from March until the day they terminated my lease which by law they have to give me since I was paid percentage. I have a lawyer we are about to hit them up.

They only have freightliners and they have a WiFi box in the truck ready to go.
