- Gemma has advanced cancer and won't be with us much longer. I'm crushed and heartbroken to the point it's hard to breathe sometimes. This is the worst part about having a pet. #rvingwithdogs #hikingwithdogs #standardpoodle

Jennifer, yes, cancer sucks! This news breaks my heart. I can only imagine how tough this must be for you. Thanks for sharing that clip of Gemma and Jupe digging with all their might. Very sorry to hear this terrible diagnosis. Gemma's quality of life matters most and she's having a great time on her walk. I know you're making every day count with her. She doesn't know she has cancer. So she's living happily in the moment.

Jennifer... Go to Dr. Judy Morgan's playlist on UA-cam. She is a retired vet. She has several St. Charles Cavaliers with cancer for at least two years that I know of on her farm with her. See what she does to extend their lives. Meanwhile, I will pray that Jimma recovers and continues with her blessed and happy existence. 😮❤.

@@poodleprofessor You are welcome. She also has recommendations on a dog's diet minus the poisons going into our dogs' food and how the dog food is not regulated as it should be. It is worse every day. She makes her own. Her recipes are in some of the prepare in your kitchen demonstrations. The shots we are required to give all our dogs are also contributing to their shorter life spans. This is all in her playlist. Best wishes. Try her wisdom. I am a great grandma and all my dogs have lived into their late teens with a Chihuahua making it to almost twenty-one. My Alaskan Malamute just turned 15. Long live your dogs too. Keep sending gratitude to the Creator, Master of the universe for these magnificent creations.

I lost my 11 year old dog Stewie last May to stomach cancer. Still can't believe it! At 69 I wouldn't be getting any more animals❤praying for you🙏

couldn’t make it through the video. we have lost so many of our Rottweilers. too ease our pain we would always end up with another adorable little Rot. puppy. 😢

We lost our little dog after 14 yrs.and its like losing a child sooo sad 😢 We did have her cremated and sits on our mantel so she can watch T.V with us like she used to do but even after 1yr we miss her company 😢
I had my last one for 13 years and did the same. It’s very hard.

I'm so sorry to hear this. My sweet Lexi was diagnosed with cancer of the nose in July. They were unable to remove it. She is a rescued Chihuahua 12 yrars old. She is still hanging on and I decided we will take one day at the time . I'm dreading the inevitable too. It is so hard. Just keeping you in my prayers.

So sorry to hear this Jennifer. I'm glad to see that she is still seemingly enjoying her life at this point. We were told about 10 years ago that our cat had cancer by a local vet, he turned 21 years old this year. I pray you have more time than expected with her.

It's ok to cry, Jennifer❤ Our animals are our family. My friend lost her kitty a month ago, and she is still mourning. All I can say is quality time with our animal children is super important. Your poodles know they are loved.🪽
