I am in Canada on visitor status and got Alberta PNP Nomination , applied for PR but not received AOR, got letter of Support 204(c).Now how to apply for work permit means which website ?
Hi! I came across your video and I have a question regarding my application. I have applied for AOS in the month of November 2023 and my work permit is expiring soon. I havent received nomination yet. Can I still apply for an extension of my work permit? And/or do I need to request for a letter of support from them? Thanks!
From the way you framed the question I assume you are PGWP? Am I correct. If not you can always extend your work permit as long its within the 5yr/7yr limit.

you may be eligible to receive a 204(c) Letter of Support from the AAIP to renew your work permit. Accelerated Tech Pathway nominees who did not have a valid work permit at the time of nomination do not need to apply for a 204(c) Letter of Support. The 204(c) Letter of Support is issued at the time of nomination. All other nominees, including Accelerated Tech Pathway nominees who had a valid work permit at the time of nomination, must submit a request to be considered for a 204(c) Letter of Support. The AAIP will review your request and determine if a letter can be issued. There is no guarantee a 204(c) Letter of Support will be issued.

Not very clear on your question.. please rephrase.. but let me still attempt to answer the question.. If you are asking for that if you can apply for a work permit or not, then yes you can apply for an extension of your work permit while your AOS is in progress.

Yes that can be done but after pnp, in my opinion

Did you apply online? I always thought AOR should be almost instant or same date..
