On a sidenote i will love my daughter enough so she doesn't have to grow up to wear skimpy clothes fishing for attention from men in public.
I was in the same metro with this girl, I was speechless the moment she entered the metro. There is no such justification to these acts of foolishness, I was thankful that there was no child there at that time.

I greatly agree with your point on the Delhi metro scene. A few years back in my classes my English sir taught us one thing which is decency in public space. He gave one nice example stating that you cannot go swimming in a pool with a suit and similarly you can't go in a meeting wearing a bikini. I think there was a similar scene as I don't really remember. But I still remember his words and I still maintain decency at public places as it's not my private place for me to do anything immorally. It's not wearing the clothes you like but it's more about the clothes which are fit for the occasion. You can't go to a wedding in a night suit because that isn't decent. Now the person who recorded this also didn't do a good job because he took the video without consent. I really think that he had no right to record the girl without her permission

There may be debate on this issue that what she wore is acceptable or not, but there certainly is no debate on the fact that the person who recorded her video without her consent is a criminal, firstly because he filmed video of someone without her consent and secondly making videos and taking photos in Delhi metro is illegal, it’s clearly written in each coach of metro. I’m an adult woman and anyone has full right to record/shoot videos or take pictures of bizarre things/creatures they see in the public. Rhythm Chanana(Urfi Javed’s cheap version) was screaming for attention. Iss attention seeker ne khud se he confirmation di ke haan this is me.
Obviously anyone can dress however he/she wants but they should be maintaining the decorum of venue as well, like you can't wear a party dress in school on usual days or like you don't go to office in lungi casually, similarly there is a dress code for public places as well which do ask you to wear some particular kind of dress but it restricts you not to wear some particular kind of dress, and personally I find it completely okay.
