This is the 4th or 5th video of yours that I watched in a row. I subscribed after the previous video that I watched. It's so true about leaving the hair alone, although mine grows pretty fast either way. I have a lot of fine, low porosity, 4a & 4b, long hair, which had been shedding more than it should. Because of chronic pain in all 3 regions of my spine, I don't take care of my hair like I use too. After I wash it, I can't always moisturize it the same day and sometimes won't moisturize it until the next wash day (smh). But with the Lord's help, I'm trying to do better. Anyway, needless to say, it's dehydrated most of the time. To combat the shedding, I started clay washing with rhassoul powder. My hair loves it and I was amazed at how much shedding decreased in the 1st use. And because I keep it twisted or braided and tied up, it still grows like crazy. God Bless!

I don’t usually, but at times when there is build up on my hairline I may wash it 😌 I have a video on how I maintain my braids here ua-cam.com/video/7FpB6kYwqj0/v-deo.html

My hair is pretty much identical to yours-low porosity, high density, 4a-4c hair. Curious to learn of the products that work for you in hopes they work for me, new subscriber ☺️
