Hello! If you're having problems with breakouts but would also like to take protein to bulk up try researching more which protein-base drink or food you should consume since bad protein can aggravate the break-outs. You'll probably notice gym-goers who bulks up also get breakouts, specially at their back. That's because of the protein. But best to go with natural source of protein. I also had that same problem before. Hope this info helps ^^

I'm on my first year of university, it's my first time living alone and though I already had experience being alone at home, this brings me peace when it gets overwhelming to swipe the floor every day (the floor is white, so I can see pretty easily the hair laying here and there), and that hell of a wash machine that works whenever it wants, and not having too much money, and only knowing a few people but no one from my career.
This has brought me some peace and gave me motivation to take care of myself, and even think about making uni vlogs myself. I'm making English Studies, so I should practice, but I don't have anyone to talk to so... Yeah, I might give it a chance

If you want to start reading more (for fun) you should get a library card! You can read whatever you want for free, and most libraries have ebooks as well! (I’m a librarian and seeing you leave that book behind in the bookstore made me sad lol.)

My skin care: not regular, but w/acid I won't use/put of them on my face since it will irritates my skin. So what I recommend, if you skin starts to dry 'cuz of it use acid only when you need it. I only use acid at night instead on mornings.
GL w/school, work and life or whatever you need to at the moment! Be positive for yourself, work on yourself and allow yourself when you don't feel like doing nothing!
I recommend you to do some high research for creatine and if you are having any small amount of kidney problem or high bp please don't take it

I can't recommend highly enough to buy matcha powder online!! I can totally relate to being forced to go to Starbucks just to get my matcha cravings fulfilled. Few words on creatine from a long-time user: if you want to use it for "cognitive enhancement" the reccomended dosage is around 2.5g per day, if you train hard and want to use it for your training diet "supplementation" the recomended dose is around 5g per day (depending on your body weight). Creatine transportation depends on carbs, so it is recomended to take creatine with carbs. And for God's sake, leave those 20g of creatine per day nonsense aside.

Hi Kai! Thank you for making another great video🤍so for your weight and workout journey here are some advices that are "realistic" and that i follow and i have good results with:
-WATER it's the basic advice that everyone give BUT water is so important specially that you're consuming now Creatine which is bad for Kidneys after a looong time and the lack of drinking water will make things worst....
-EAT A LOT OF FOOD don't worry you won't gain "grass mass" if you workout!me(a girl) and my older brothers eat a lot of food and if you see our bodies you will get surprised cause we are SLIM with muscles you know a woman morphology is different from man's one so I'm slim and stuff and my brothers are a lil bit "buff" but they are not overweight...so yeah eat A LOT and don't worry as long as you workout your body will have a good and healthy shape
-don't force yourself to get a certain body shape in a short time but "force" yourself to keep your body healthy and what i mean by this is that we as humans have different body shapes we can't just look at another body shape and be like I WANT THIS what if your height and se x won't allow you to have it! I don't want you to be upset after 3months of working out because your body shape isn't developing as "that" man you saw on your Instagram or somewhere else...as long as you're healthy that means you're in the good way🤍
(By saying SLIM i mean it's the "healthy" shape for MY body i'm not criticizing any other human body shape 🤗❤️)
