My oldest Brother Isaac just died (27) and this was one of his first tracks that he loved. "The blue" really moved me, super speed. Phenomenal guitar sound, so emotional
@@Adam.L02 Mario Kart is a fun racer and f-zero is a skill based racing game. I don't think it's fair to compare the two Still waiting for that f-zero switch title that's never going to happen...
I feel like this version of Big Blue fits the perspective of the fans watching F Zero. imagine the following: You're at Big Blue, it's the first race of the Sapphire Cup Grand Prix. Clear blue skies, oceans as far as the eye can see. You're in the stands, wearing your Captain Falcon T-shirt, and the whole thing feels like a summer party.
The fact that it has no resemblance to the original is what makes this more epic. The breakdown of the song starts at the beginning of the second lap which sounds awesome hearing the "you got boost power" come up at the same time. Damn I had a good childhood
every time i race big blue in mk8 i cry that its the most annoying saxophone killing my eardrums instead of this. but then i just play fzero gx and get happy.
Am I the only one who prefers the OG F-Zero songs over GX songs because most of GX's songs are the same riff played over and over? The older songs have more of a melodical variety.
While I do prefer GX's themes, I do see where you're coming from. The old songs don't repeat as much and loop beautifully. I think they repeat so much in GX because of the longer tracks, that way they didn't loop as fast. Even with this, individual laps take 1.5 loops of the song. Making them longer risked filling up the disk and more dev time.

My condolences.
rip hope u are doing well.
My condolences, take care of yourself brother! Keep gaming!!
Not even a single doubt that F-Zero GX is the greatest racing game of all time.
Mariokart 8 deluxe:
*allow me to introduce myself*
@@Adam.L02 N-nahhh lmao. F-Zero easily clears. Only game close to it is possibly Burnout. Don’t remember which one, 3 or that other one.
@@MIGU3L2K everyone has different opinions but I think 90% of people would agree that MK8dx and mariokart in general is better than F-zero
@@Adam.L02 I’d agree with you because people don’t know what F-Zero is anymore :P
It’s an unfair thing to say.

Agreed
(But ignore the (somewhat) screams)
oh hell yeah
Sega: Ok how much adrenaline, Nintendo?
Nintendo: Yes.
Sega: YES!!! (With C.Falcon Voice)
“How much adrenaline?”
“The tag line of the game is ‘Welcome to the World of 2200KM/H +1’ so make of that what you will.”

F Zeroooo where are youuuu!
wicken chings
We got some work to do now (?) “scooby doo”

@@someguyonyoutube9279It’s still gone… for now. I think 99 might be something special that brings back the mainline stuff.
@SonicMaster519 I'll personally only consider it a true comeback after a legit new 3d game, or more realistically a remaster of GX.
It’s not conducive to long term success to listen to the F-Zero GX soundtrack while driving.
Much the same could be said of most racing games with an OST as hype as this one's. :P
@@Techhunter_Talon true, Ridge Racer 2 for example.
Only missing the low power alarm screaming in your ear.
3:30 those 2 power chords damn I love Fzero GX
Brings back so many memories
Had a friend that told me that this sounded like some Madden music years ago. I said that it sure as hell was! He loved it and I loved that too.
What Madden music?
Racing is Life.
This shit slaps so hard
Listened to this while riding in my brothers McLaren 720S. Jesus it was an experience.
My personal favorite track in one of my favorite games
It would be really cool to play GX on the go...
Here's a battle royale version of the most mid one instead
@@shyguy85 Think about it like this
If Nintendo sees support for the game, they may reconsider creating a new entry
@@shyguy85 Its a good game and the only good racing BR to ever exist.
You can play it on anything that can run Dolphin :D

I would legit dance to this at an EDM rave
This song is perfect when you are driving in a Bugatti Veyron at max speed in the highway. Tell me what car you would drive with this song
Honestly dude, I'd personally choose a Mustang GT to drive along with this song.
1985 or ‘86 Nissan Z31 300ZX Fairlady Z
Electric Blue Lancer Evo IX MR!
Tesla Model 3 Performance
I've driven my vw polo (max speed 164 km/h) numerous times to this song and I had a blast every single time.
It's got that Miami vibe to it honestly.

another song I disliked greatly. much preferred og big blue
I actually find the og greatly overrated. This fits much better, imo.
