I have a problem with the headphone mic. When I connect it to the laptop, it does not work. When I go to the sound settings, it shows me that the headphones are working, but the mic tells me that it is not connected. I tried another headphone, but the same problem, knowing that it was working on the first one, and I tried to update the sound, is there a solution?
