Rahul, please take a note of the last man's suggestions. He was talking about the plight of teachers of private sector institutions. He suggested a plan to ensure timely payment of salaries to the teachers, viz funds moving from management to the government and then from government to the staff. Appears a good suggestion. Please consider implementing it at state levels.
