I always find it ridiculous when car manufacturers quote pricing for new models at the base model, but then display a fully loaded model and quote zero to sixty times and range for the high spec models. When consumers finally see what they don't get on the base model then the pricing becomes an issue on the higher trims.
The R2 will be a home run for Rivian.
Some nice features but imo still not sleek looking. Missing heads up display also.

Do you legitimately believe the overwhelmingly positive reactions to the R2/R3 aren’t going to lead to increased funding for Rivian from the likes of Amazon (which already backs the company) or others?
I think it’s pretty clear that these vehicles will be Rivian’s Model 3/Y moment and a forward-seeing backer would, and probably already has, see that
