Shoeless is blatantly ignoring his own rules now, for the second time. A 30 minute video with continuous commentary and analysis is NOT a Shoeleast video, this is NOT the raw gameplay with the LEAST amount of editing we signed up for. I do love it though, great video! See you on the future "Shoenone" channel :x
He has an editing addiction, we need to have an intervention
the wishbone opening is shoeless' guard type copium
You've been screenshot. Note to self to include this comment in a montage to prove klibe wrong
(lol, this comment actually got me so good i burst out laughing)
0:25 I saw that!!!
0:20 HOLD FLIGHT MENTIONED!!!
ah, yes, unedited content
You guys reckon there would be height divisions in Rumble like there are weight classes in boxing?
(ALSO, I messed up BIG time. Wrong chart at the start. Roaby is 5Mob, 4Air, 2Pace, 3Bias, 3React, 4Create)
As someone still fairly new here I have absolutely no idea what those words mean in this context but I'll take your word for it
i gotta say, thats not analogous. weightclasses matter way more than height divisions would in rumble. so i think its a bad idea
@@Geilolp. I don't think there is enough evidence to support either side. You can't tell, there hasn't been any research.
@@Geilolp. i think it would be just two divisions. Are you shorter than a speeball at mid-range? or can you get hit by one? that's a pretty big game changer, as I will always be a victim to ball spam, but on certain opponents they are immune. its a major poke you cant use against them. I don't think its that big of a deal, but I can imagine in the future if things get REAL sweaty it could be. But I'm just here for fun and science so I don't really care
I always make the joke, Orion thinks it's funny; but holy moly fighting against Orion height people is a whole different game I swear. Maybe there should be height divisions 🤔. I just got a new headset too and I'm noticeably taller for some reason!
Yep, sometimes the weather's a bit stormy up here 😢
Fun Fact: Trans women on HRT have been known to shrink by a couple inches, meaning Rumble may be the only sport where being trans gives you an actual advantage. Although, cis women are still shorter on average than trans women, and regardless of sex you can still be extremely tall or short.
Fun fact: Rumble players should take estrogen
True in this specific situation but trans women do have a bit of an advantage in most sports due to genetic differences unfortunately; luckily the tech is getting better and is looking like it should even out fairly soon
Have a great day bru
@@cyrusmann5443 That's simply untrue, you're just transphobic
Fun fact: Rumble players should all take estrogen
Anything to be better at rumble lol
T-Pose effects things a lot i think, but i wonder if longer arms means you can Bump faster?
Might be usefull
thats true, i didnt talk about T-pose manipulation. I do a slightly smaller T-pose than my full reach. But seems like i can still extend my arms to the full extend both IRL and for the avatar. (if you do a really short t-pose you arms wont fully extend to match with IRL i think). Similar idea, I wonder if longer arms would mean more room for a smoother ramp up of acceleration. a.k.a. does longer arms make bumping easier in situations where your character isnt moving and you have to be very careful and precise to not break the structure.
@@shoeleast_man Yeahh it might be intresting, for me the way i use flick is very reactive and i go for reversals and i think a big benefit to those is how fast they can be, since you start the move closer to the opponent then you would be if you spawned it, and the structure is in motion so you can bump faster
If i could bump faster it might be a big advantage and catch people off guard
Also all these vids are making me wanna sign up for some competitions hah hah
Might make some tournament match reviews like these because it looks like a lotta fun, and you get to see how you do in a tourney environment for feedback and improvements
I personally a-pose roughly inbetween 45 and 67.5 degrees. kinda specific i know. but it makes you more consistent at moves and quicker as you adjust
Wise stone choice by Roaby. I only wish he used no stone in favour of flow
21:40 good boll hold flight but if you want more drastic movements you should use the ball on your leg and it'll push you further and much faster but if you want height then do what you're doing.
by the whey I'm killwithmath if you are confused why a rando online is giving you pointers on hold flight
theres some grounded multistructure setups that are faster when you are taller I think wcwFcFPFJFJ. If you stack like 3 structures you need to be able to put your hands higher. Also, I think that chambering is easier. Oh yeah also the height makes waterbending of incoming structures with downwards momentum easier because you have more space to move your hands down
oh yeah also yeah thats my post on crouch flight
phew glad it was correct credit. also that is interesting to think about. Longer arms mean more space to deal with multiple structures and poses not getting in each other's way. Probably true for any direction of water bending, I have more reach to velocity match structures which could be harder with shorter arms.
@@shoeleast_man Yeah actually i was doing some testing today. I think that even just flight of valkyries just takes longer if you are shorter. the last wall takes a really long time to come up. and yeah it probably works for all directions, but the effect is much more noticeable vertically because space isn't that large of an issue horizontally
This is peak rumble
For climbing it's kinda a mixed bag for height, long arms are always nice but for someone like me who's basically all legs it just means you have more weight to carry behind you when you're on an underhang which sucks especially in bouldering.
7:04 I do that as well lol. I also do it if I'm falling close to the edge on ring
early first also W youtuber
When it comes to quest you better bet ill be training every day, i hope to be like Ender and climb the ranks quickly, mastering Flick and Volatile, to get Peak Mobility
I'm noticing a rapid, but quiet, high pitch rattle or something under your mic audio in the intro. It sounds a bit like the Doctor Who Sonic Screwdriver sound effect but really quiet. Not sure what that is, but I thought I should point it out
(maybe it's just cicadas in the background?)
always can rely on you for some audio tips @cyvolatge i think i need a new pre-amp (or audio interface or whatever its called) rather than the cheap one i have.
I will try and use my normal hight value for rumble without the scale change and the risk of wacking the ceiling fan
To get parry data
I have the superpower of being average
32 views in 21 minutes? (youtube wont tell me the exact time) cant believe shoeleast fell off
W vid but I can’t play because I don’t have a pc
I cant play bc my graphics card is so buns it can't even run this
FMJ uses ShadowPCs to play it is expensive per month but if you really want to play you can with a laptop and a subscription to them
Talks about WoS when not many people even know about WoF
I never really think about the hight diff as most the players I've fought are either 3 foot try hards, or 6foot chads who literally are just better anyways. I'm about 2 meters irl which gives me some kin of dysphoria so I just space move to be around a "normal" height... wouldn't be surprised if this is messing with my moves but literally being taller than the wall is around the line of which I'd say it kind of sucks
Shoegone
where do i watch this tournament
Didn't like the short king title?
I liked it
Has anybody made a video about the sign language in rumble thats used after the game ended?
