before you start bitching about the pay, you should realize that Ohio's minimum wage was only $8.80 and hour in 2021. It's people like you that has made the economy a disaster because you're all a bunch of greedy motherfuckers that want a livable wage job at places that are meant for high schoolers
That’s their problem right there, $11hr who can live off of that? And all that work. The pay does not match the work load by any stretch. And I work make shitty money and we have a major staff issue at my job also. How sad when employers think that what they pay are sustainable wages for a family to live off.
Start them off at 12.50 And have a sign on bonus for 500$ after a month! And after 6 months increase the pay to 13.50 And a increase ever year and a half Max pay out 17.50 People will stay! But can’t give them 11h lol then increase ever year or so Or not at all!
Wow, it's sad to see how low the pay is for some workers in America. In Australia you start at about $25 (nearly 19 USD) if you're in a casual position in a laundry. Americans start at nearly half that amount.
@@OcesnepXav this past week I pick up off the floor 2 males residents both over 200 lbs. Not to mention the hundreds of times I lifted elderly people off toilets. I walk a average of 5 to 6 miles a in a 8 hour shift. Couple of months ago injured my back lifting a resident was sent to the ER off work for 10 days. Came back and a dementia resident smack my hand with a heavy glass mug broke my finger. Currently taking care of 18 Covid positive residents. My job is easier than the people that do the laundry in the same facility.
The $11.00/hr starting pay is their problem.
They make thausands. I work in a facility like that🤣 6 years and im still at 12$
12.50 would be a good start for them!
There’s a couple jobs like this in my town and the starting pay is $25.66AUD (about $19 USD). That’s crazy low... America’s minimum wage is awful.
At least above minimum wage will get you workers. Then at least $1 above after a year and then dome
$11/h is an absolute joke, hard to take this guy seriously when he isn't even paying his employees a liveable wage.

At El Paso, TX. they get pay 8.50hr the most is a joke how they expect people to live with those salaries.
Worked at Mission Linen Supply for just over 29 years and my pay ended at just $.26 above minimum wage. Walked out without any hesitation

I wouldn't even take a job for less than $20 a hour
$11/hr and You wonder why you can't get to full staff?
Your content is so touching
starting pay is their problem.
I used to work in angelica textiles an they only pay me 12.35 a hour y work almost 4 years
Why work there for 4 years? I guess you liked it. Can’t complain if you worked there for that long
@@hanst8300 thats how i feel too. Its not prison. Nobody is making you stay
They paid me the same. I was there over 15 years.
I would like to work in a laundry facility as my after school job but I don't think I'm old enough 😅.
Hi, I want to do this, do they have in Sacramento, California?
Were this located
Pay more
No one in human history woke up one day and say gee I want to work for poverty wages back breaking work cleaning blood shit and piss out of sheets .
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Funny, sad, and true at the same time. They need to start at minimum $20-$25 per hour. I bet they'll get more workers then!!
