Man, 6 years later and this video still never fails to impress me! Great capture my man!
Canadians are so polite, I imagine someone came by later and apologized for all the noise.
yes, they did. I saw that. They offered donuts to the neighborhood.
i want donuts
Yes they did the came baring Tim Horton coffee double double
Thanks i am Canadian
Thx
0:30 Guy on bike : "Welllll im just going to go thissss way"
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
that first guy was fucking going
To the donut shop cause it was closing earlier
+Vancouver Island Emergency Buff true XD
+IOS Game Reports who ever got there first was the one who got everything free
And 'officer down' tends to upset fellow cops for very understandable reasons as well.
lol he proably saw the camera and said "harry, im dropping the hammer!!!"
Man, 2 years later and this video still never fails to impress me! Great capture my man!
What happens when a officer hits the panic button
That, probably
When an officer hits the panic button all units respond code 3 and some ambulances also respond.
It was a car crash
That first cop was gassin it lmao
when you see something like that police responding at a high rate of speed it means something bad has happen.
It means they are gonna stop some speeder who was just cruising 160km on empty highway
Lol the police go that fast all the time where I live to all emergency calls. Seen them do those speeds going to an accident with minor injuries lol
No shite Sherlock.
I think it's just because that stretch of road is long and straight
Last vehicle is a EMS supervisor, EMS supervisors are needed when more then two ambulance trucks are called to organize EMS personal.
hmm..Canada? Someone must have flipped trash can.
no they had to get to Tim Hortons before it closed. We Canadians love Timmy
not some one it was a Bear! that flipped it
lol
Zetta can you kill me because I'm Canadian
Brilliant
You could hear the 3.7 roar around that corner. Beautiful sounding engine
imagine thinking that the 3.7 sounds good 🤣
@@fab8657 because it does sound good
Glad to see the Mounties still using the Vics over there, there's still a lot of Rcmp Vics in Saskatchewan especially in Battleford and PA. Sad to hear they where responding to an accident.
Well holy sh*t, you lucked out!! One of the best catches I've seen in a while! :D ...Were you in the right place at the right time or did you know they'd come by?
Thank You! Well it was a bit of both, our power went out in broad daylight so I made the assumption someone hit the hydro pole and went down to the main road and got this. The reason it was so extreme was the car was totally totalled, had caught fire, and the driver didn't survive.
R.I.P
The sound of the Ford Explorer is just amazing
I really like the stroboscope lights included in the lightbars next to the LED in that ambulance!
Holy sh** this has got to be your best video yet! You got like all possible RCMP cars (except for the Tahoe, but you did get a Suburban so there) plus BCAS Supervisor!!! Bloody awesome man!
Thank you!
Kinda like my reaction lol
Been a Canadian for 18 years only seen them with there lights on like that maybe 2 or 3 times, so rare
donut shop must of been closed early
Ya Lol
lol
I died when I saw this comment
No, it’s a sale at the donut shop.
Lol
Wow It's like they're presenting one unit after another just for you! Haha
Just had to comment again lol ...Incredible video! :D
Haha, Thank You!

Donuts shop : free donuts for 10 min
)
What is the song at the start please
Great catch! thanks!
Thank You!
Awesome catch!
If the RCMP is flying like that you know some serious shit popped off
Great shots
Wow man!! Right place, Right time!!
Superb coverage catch man! Congrats catching all this in 1 video.
It's hard to find these kinds of videos... Do U know What they were responding to?
Thanks So Much Man! I kind of had a head start as our power went out and it was nice and sunny so thought there might've been a car into electrical pole so went down to the main road hoping for a catch and got this! They where responding to a car into electrical pole that had caught fire, unfortunately the driver did not survive.
+Vancouver Island Emergency Buff
Wow sad to hear! But on the bright side you got the most fantastic rare catch!!! Hard to find footage like this on UA-cam! Good day my friend and sorry for the late reply 😫✌
Awesome video I subscribed!
bobcatfromheaven Thanks! And Thank You for Subscribing!
Nice catch
What City is thid
This level of response was necessary because two people bumped into one another in a hallway and neither of them said "Sorry!".
Rare, but it happens...
Does anyone know the name of the siren?
Wondering the same bro
That unmarked Explorer was bumper locked on the Crown Vic
great video!!!
emergency vehicles tbw Thanks!
That crown vic was a rare sight tho.
That unmarked though is fucking sick dude.
What does RCMP do
Awesome video
+Q JONEZ Thank You!
I LOVE COPS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!🚓🚔🚓🚔🚓🚔🚓🌈
The hell is up with the rainbow?
Wow that's a lot of units! Very great catch!
Thank You!
Wow great stuff!
90210FireBuff Thank You!
man those crown vics are sure looking dated these days. prob still another 2 years to mileage them all out
dataspank Ya, sounds about right
Sad though because Crown Vics would have to be the most famous, iconic and best looking police cars in the world
@tom it’s 2020 and there are still some here lol
3 Police SUVs
2 Police Cars
1 Unmarked Police SUV
1 Ambulance
1 Supervisor SUV
very cool catches
Thank You!
what siren do they use?
I'm wondering the same
well speed is key and when they call for backup thats what they get
I love police and swat and military good job with the video
Thank You!
Something going down.👍😁😎
What's the purpose of the last vehicle exactly?
Packie McReary It is a Supervisor for BC Ambulance. A Unit Chief or supervisor of the Victoria District. It also would have some minor first aid equipment on bored.
Vancouver Island Emergency Photography just so you know, Sierra 10 (Ambulance Supervisor SUV) is an ALS stocked unit, minus the cot. He/she is also not really the Chief of BCEHS, but they are the Regional Supervisor, similar to a Unit Chief.
At least people pull over in Canada
I'm curious what was so rare about this? I know that people in the United States don't necessarily recognize the RCMP as the least but that exactly what they are. I've noticed from various other videos that they function very much like United States police officers and how they handle situations and the only thing that's different is which side of the Border they're on.
The RCMP are a Country wide Police Force that are used in areas where there are no "City/ Municipal Police" and also are the primary Police Force for all Provincial/ Federal Land.
The reason why this is so rare is this certain detachment (West Shore) does not usually respond like this (6+ Units) let alone having it on video on UA-cam.
This RCMP detachment is part of a Metro Area Called Victoria, The West shore , area uses RCMP by contract. 4 other Cities in this metro area use their own police force , Victoria Police,Sannich Police, Central Sannich Police ,and the Oak Bay police., Also 2 more RCMP detachments in Metro , And the Military police because this city has a Navel Base. All the police forces work together they have integrated units .Being between Vancouver Canada and Seattle Washington this area has some biker and Gang elements
Uh rarely sound like the older version of the Roselle medic 64 and amr ambulance responding
It's that fucking serious holy crap
How did you know they were coming that way?
The power went out in broad daylight so guessed there might have been a crash down the road into the telephone pole
To me, the RCMP is the coolest non- American police force
Wow, awesome catch! Just slightly jealous.
Thank You! Means a lot considering the catches you've gotten Lol ;)
I have yet to get a decent RCMP response video :P
Same here haha ...nah happy for you of course!! :P
Peep the paramedic/EMT waving to the camera at :54 seconds
Gotta get to Tim's before it closes!
Good job
ever seen a timmys coffe shop wrapped around by "interceptors" and " paddy wagons"?
No, but I've seen a Starbucks ;)
***** lol here in carbonear 1 time the drive through, parking spots, and a couple cars on the road..... all cops. I died laughing.
Is that my dad's undercover police car?
when the ambulance follows many police cars you know it's serious + the paramedic suv
In Vancouver it can mean one of many things. If an ambulance/fire truck and cop car it can also be a work place injury because the cops are required to investigate if circumstances were suspicious. There are more fire trucks available than fully equipped ambulances so fire service is usually first emergency vehicle to show up and render basic first aid, ambulance to transport & critical health matters or injury
Tuesday we had a medical emergency on my construction site. Fire showed up, 25 minutes after the fact in the blistering heat. Our guy had fallen, scmucked out his shin pretty badly, had been on South east wall of building in a Genie Boom lift with little water all day. Got woosie, tripped when they came to ground, got him in shady covered area of building. Police showed up next. Ambulance DID NOT show up - he was bandaged up on site, from knee to ankle and transported in private vehicle to hospital. Things don't always go like that but ambulances were tied up with other medical emergencies; heart attacks, fights, assaults with or without weapons, etc....
Also depends on the information the caller provides which is one of the reasons 911 keeps you on the phone for so long. They are trained to get all the info and assist while you wait. Most of us don't ever have to deal with serious life altering circumstances so panic sets in, ppl don't know how to handle the situation. It can be traumatic for the caller and the patient. The other challenge is if reporter isn't able to speak English clearly...emergency services is just hoping they got it right or best attempt at figuring out what's going on.....must be difficult.
@@marneeklintworth9300 Thanks for the explaination
Great catch! Can't understand the 88 thumbs down!?
WOW!!!!! =O
Can't believe I missed this video.....
L U C K Y !!!!!!!
Spectacular Catch!!!!
Thank You! Yes, my personal favourite so far and I was shocked too when I got this! Glad to see your still active on UA-cam.
I am always active(just watching lots of videos all day). I will upload some videos today. I usually don't upload on the day I record, it takes some weeks or months before I decide to upload. :)
Sad to think that most of those vehicles are gone
Surprisingly the only one that I think that has been retired is the last RCMP vehicle in the video which was a Suburban (Supervisor Vehicle) Otherwise all the rest are still in active service
@@VancouverIslandEmergencyBuff01 Wow, in Rocky (Town I live in, in Alberta) the oldest unit we have is a 2016 tahoe
@@VancouverIslandEmergencyBuff01 nooooo not the Suburban.. did they replace it with the newer model?
@@fab8657 No, it was replaced with a 2020 F150 responder.
@@VancouverIslandEmergencyBuff01so a year later are any of the other units gone?
The last was an ambulance supervisor, not an ambulance.
knurri Yup, that was the District Supervisor; 1 Sierra 10.
All the Explores are hauling ass
How do you get so many police responces i alwags get bad ones from AMR
Thin Blue Line- Matthew Stone Haha, it's all luck. Thanks for watching!
Vancouver Island Emergency Photography the only responce video i got on my channel is from 1 fire engine i got in luck go check it out
Great catches!
Thank You!
Shots fired?
*EXTREMELY RARE*
If it was a fiery crash where are the trucks?? Hopefully they got there first
+Shawn Dubay Yes, the Fire Department came from the other direction.
Ayee look 0:54 guy said hi to you 😂
One of these years they are going to build a very special ambulance for people who need sugery right on the spot, and its going to be a semi truck with one of those 53 foot long trailers and inside the trailer will be a full fledged emergency room, it wouldn;t be able to move while there is a surgery going on on-board the trailer but if they could, they could drive it right up to the person's home and if possible, park it right in front and do the required surgery right there in front of the home, save the time of having to transport the subject to the hospital via Ambulance, I can just see this maybe occuring in the hopefully following years.....
That would be cool and interesting to see happen. Thanks for watching!
Yeah Buddy! RCMP For the win LOL. Nice video
Thanks! Yes, I do enjoy the RCMP response videos when I can get 'em of course.
+Vancouver Island Emergency Buff Well Yeah ahah. Do you have a scanner or you heard about this incident from somewhere?
+Metro vancouver emergency I do not have a scanner. I hear about it via News and other sources, it was a bit of a biggy since the driver died and nocked out power for around 3,000 customers...
+Vancouver Island Emergency Buff 😮 what, what a story ha. Your lucky to catch this 😀. In the North Shore Here We had incident like that last week and my school had to be closed down but 250 people was without power not 3,000 Ha.
+Metro vancouver emergency Ya, it's not unusual for people to hit hydro poles and knock out power, it's just with this one, it caught fire and the driver passed away...
You were in just the right place/time to grab that eh?
Well I kinda had a feeling something had happened as the power went out in broad daylight so I went down to the main road and got this. Thanks for watching!
Nice!
Thank You! Glad you took a look :)
flawless forest
Wish I could say that was rare in my neighbourhood < Canadian spelling lol
extremely rare like an eight foot diamond ......
Lol, that's a good comparison. Thanks for watching!
for us UK viewers whats rare about an RCMP and a BC infact what are they ?
RCMP= Royal canadian mounted police
BC= British columbia (province in canada)
hello from station 78 south Pym volunteer fire department of Pennsylvania
Hello from Vancouver Island, British Columbia, Canada!
Cute video! Well done!
What's RCMP?
David Hlawacz Royal Canadian Mounted Police. A federal/ nation wide police force
Good video.
Thank you!
+Vancouver Island Emergency Buff Quick question. Do you use a scanner to get this footage?
+First Responders No, all my videos on here are all by luck
Must have been a shooting or a mass crime scene with injuries
Creature Claw Nope, It was a crash with the driver dead on impact and the vehicle bursted into flames.
Vancouver Island Emergency Photography oh my lord! Prayers sent for the family 😰
What happened?
Razzberry02 Car crash with entrapment that caught on fire which turned out to be fatal.
Oh that's a shame. Thank you though.
What siren?
TacticalAvocado I've been told some are smart sirens and some are cencom gold sirens.
***** I think it may be a whelen gama but im not really sure
TacticalAvocado Me either LOL.
TacticalAvocado federal single smart siren
RCMP uses Whelen Cencoms in various flavours. The older Crown Vic may have had a FedSig Smartsiren in it. We actually upfitted that BCEHS supervisor vehicle and it has a FedSig smart siren in it. The FedSig sirens go higher and lower in pitch than the Whelens (if you listen really carefully). The lightbars are all FedSig "Legend" bars that we supplied. Perimeter lights are mostly whelen except for the BCEHS Supervisor vehicle that are FedSig.
Why do they need so many policec cars for a car crash?
TJs Gaming It was fatal so they wanted to get police there ASAP for man power and because there're first responders
It is true. Mostly it wastes a lot of manpower on directing traffic after car crash.
They were fucking flying
Oh ya! Thanks for watching!
RIP Porsche Driver
Ya, I didn't hear until after the crash that he had past, RIP.
Thanks for watching!
Great catch
Surrey 360 Thanks!
siren ?
For which unit?
+Vancouver Island Emergency Buff the rcmp units
+joe snow Well I asked around and I've been told some of them are Smart Sirens, but not all units seen responding here might have one so don't quote be.
+Vancouver Island Emergency Buff thanks and it's always cool to see UA-cam's responding to comments
+joe snow No problem, glad I could help!
see stuff like this everyday where i live...must be a big deal to you guys in canada..
Apologies, I live in Vancouver & this is a daily experience & depending on location it can be all day, every day.....
Most impressive is when the cops use the 'whoopers' - I don't know the technical name for the sound they make but technically it's 'get out of the damned way & everyone stop what you're doing' - called out to a critical incident.
Highway patrol is missing
Must've been a major fuck up.
Oh ya
0:54 Hi.
Dudley Doorite can book it!
Must be a Active shooter where there going
nice catches!
Why rare?)
Thank You! The reason it's very rare is because this certain detachment of the RCMP rarely have responses like this (6+ Units) let alone it being caught on camera.
***** ah okay, i think this typical patrol cars
They are typical patrol cars (with some being more rare) but they usually never respond like this.
what was so rare about them ????????????
Luis Jaramillo The amount of units responding together from this particular detachment
I’m from Canada
