I’m here after watching that monstrosity of a game yesterday. In just a couple of decades a beautiful game has been destroyed! Thankfully we have spectacles like above that we can always come back to for those oh sweet moments in time.
I remember living in Yugoslavia and watching this game at like 2am European time. Staying up all night long and enjoying some of the greatest basketball players that have ever played this game.

Man i missed games like this so much, these are the real basketball showtime, clash of the titans. everytime i watched the latest all star game, it was an absolute dissapointment.. nowadays centers are shooting threes and rarely do a post up moves, offensive and defensive play becomes so weak. but because for the love of basketball i still watch it altough not as excited as watching the 90's and 2000s games.
Back when the NBA was worth watching. Players running around displaying skills and doing things regular people cant. Nowadays I don't have to watch the YMCA scrimmage-looking bball of guys jacking wild 3s, I can just sit on my porch and watch kids jack up wild 3s on driveway rim.
This is what an all star game is. Future HOF'S, East vs West, players wearing their teams jersey and competition. Can't get any better then this. The Nba should do what the MLB does and whoever wins the all star game gets home field advantage in the world series.

I stopped watching nba after like 2011, I don’t know any of the new players these days, players I grew up watching and playing as (in my head) lol are all coaches and grandfathers now, lucky we have UA-cam to go back and watch the good old days
