Don’t be to hard on yourself about the loss ,you tried and that’s what matters ,take it as a lessons and do better the next,find your flaws and pros.it takes time being just a great fighter,you just gotta strap up and enjoy the ride along this road brotha,I believe in you becoming more then a great fighter because you tried and didn’t give up or take the the easy way.respect.keep your head up high and continue to become more then great .but how old are you and how long have you been in mt ,I’m looking into it myself but I’m finding tkd more interesting.
Sometimes losses make u better keep ur hands up and whenever u think or see a punch coming use head movement and try using 5 punch combos or a jab to the body follower by a over hand right

I respect the grind man but please keep people's safety in mind maybe do it with head gear as well man... you're gonna feel like shit when someone dies of a brain injury man at least for the people under age 18 get them head gear man and tell them to bring their own mouth pieces if possible and definitely so it in the grass.
