basically this trick skips what? the 2 wraiths, 2 banshees and a couple ghosts? Cool trick, especially on legendary, and if you're doing speedrun. But do enemies going forward despawn or anything?

You hit a load zone on the first jump and he made sure to remind you of another for the second so I would assume not.
