Statewide Health Insurance Benefits Advisors (SHIBA) is a program of the Washington state Office of the Insurance Commissioner. SHIBA has a network of trained volunteers across Washington who offer free, unbiased help with your Medicare and other health care choices.

Please tell Mike Kreidel: How about stopping multiple daily spam/harassment phone calls from health insurance companies - each time a different WA State phone number? This has been going on for months! The callers saying, "Hello? Hello? Are you there?" NO WE'RE NOT. STOP CALLING US. Tell Mike to do his job and get these companies and their "call centers" to stop breaking the law. That's the responsibility of your office, isn't it?
