This was a truly beautiful run and I appreciate the commentator's statement regarding the direction of where the industry is going ( I hope so)...this was a smooth, artful run and that horse was carrying himself so relaxed and confident...and my goodness what eye appeal on that horse. Of course, most any other year this would have won it...just wasn't enough to stand up to fate and the dynasty of Wimpy's Little Chic and Andiamoe...that was an amazing run to watch for the sheer focus of that mare's demeanor and her throwing it down like that.... Abby Lengel's run was also truly awesome and would have taken it all in most other years. Anyway, this is the year of the Water Tiger and it was a futurity to live up to that image.
@@EntrenadorEdgarDeAlba horse is gaping the mouth and fullcontakt on the bridle reins in the stops and not what i consider rollbacks and also gaping the mouth in left turnarounds all four revolution. Look in the rulebook the definition of rollbacks ,spins,etc.
@@staffannielsen7719 Shawn always does 'weird' rollbacks...I don't like them as they detract from the overall picture to me as the horse is often off balance to come off in the correct lead etc. Though Andiamoe's run was not as artful as Casey's, that mare is truly brilliant, so athletic and intense and I have never seen one with more focus on their rider...her footwork in the turn around was amazing...it is also a dynasty thing. Shawn had the advantage of going afterwards and towards the end so knew what he had to do to edge things out. Though as is brought up with the commentator, I hope that the future trends will reward runs like Casey's over rougher bravado stuff.
Actually, I think this horse crossed with Andiamoe would be a great match. To correct the commentator his damn is by Gunner not Custom Chrome, the damn's damn goes back to Custom Chrome and HW Dunnit.

Loose rein no pulling no kicking just a well trained reining horse .
