Combo breaker is cc immunity given upon reaching like 10 seconds of hard cc applied.
If you have 2 ccs that last 5 seconds, you get 5 seconds of hard cc, and then combo broken.
If you apply the first 5 seconds, then apply the second IMMEDIATLY before even 1 second is up, they get combo breaker.
But you can apply 9.5 seconds of hard cc and the combo breaker will apply on the last hard cc that pushes it over 10.
Its something like that. Which makes the hard cc crit/and hard cc with large durations feel worse than small hard ccs that can be spammed.

One time I played braum and ran super attack speed x darksteel talon braum. I got the W haste augment, and realized that, much to my pleasure, braum W stacks infinitely as long as you use it again before it runs out. It refreshes the duration too

Ross, do u have your entire setup plugged into one wall socket? Bc that sounds like a bad connection problem. Try using a different socket and see if the problem persists. It's common to rust to build in the contacts or sometimes they loosen over time. It can also be the adapter that u use to connect multiple monitors/pc into one socket (dunno how that's called in english). If it ends up being a "bad connection problem", be sure that u are not using a 20A (ampere) wall plug, those have larger holes and will cause bad connections with standard 10A cables.

Last malphite I play with had 1400 armor because of the molten prismatic. They also had the darksteel talon so it was oddly effective
