I love driving my old Fords with the 7.3's but the accommodations are another thing. This truck has the 72" high rise sleeper with double bunks. I need all that room to carry my 4 big dogs on the road with me...

@@chrisward405 I am so far behind on everything! I got my block back from the machine shop and painted it. It's under a blanket, all oiled up and with a space heater keeping it warm so condensation doesn't form and make rust. And my accountant wants last year's stuff for my taxes by the end of the month. I have to scan in a whole YEAR's worth! And I'm trying to get my Peterbilt ready for the road, have to find a 53' stepdeck. Then there's a year's worth of video footage that needs to be edited, including 3 trips just north of you. And Mom's estate... THAT's a big pile of stuff I have to do including her taxes for 2017 - 2022... At least I don't have your weather to deal with.
@@dixiemae5042 The engine in this video is a 7.3 which is the only diesel I would want smaller than the Cummins ISX15. And the color of the paint is Ford Blue...
@@dixiemae5042 What would make me delusional would be dealing with DPF fluid, CP4's, warranty repairs that leaves you parked... but hey, I DID buy a Cummins. When I finish my 7.3 rebuild, it will go in my hotshot truck and be sold. My daily driver is a 2001 SRW crew cab 4WD, with 3.73 gears and of course a 7.3 that has nearly 500K on it. I hauled a 12K truck on my 6.6K trailer home from Kentucky (570 miles) with it last month.
