I really appreciate your honest review! So many of these sets I’ve seen on Instagram and it’s clear those influencers are full of little white lies just for clicks! But all of them looked good on you! And I actually really like the last set! That is definitely what I’d gravitate towards to wear.

I've watched so many YTers showing all of these same lounge wear sets and I was thinking of ordering some. I'm glad I didn't. Thank you so much for showing us exactly what they look like and how they feel!! ❤
I have the pretty garden sets where the top is a tank. I really like the because they are a lighter weight. In my office (a warehouse converted to office space) in the winter its really hot & in the summer really cold. I wear the set in the winter to work with a blazer in the office. The pants are heavy enough to keep me warm while I’m outside but light enough that I’m not hot while I’m working. Then I layer the tank & a blazer to keep me a little more on the professional side. It’s also a great outfit to travel in, especially on a plane. I can also wear this in the summer because of the light weight but like I said my office is really cold in the summer. I can add layers while I’m in the office but not be overly hot outside during the summer. I don’t really care for this set with the long sleeves. Like you said, the material weight is on the light side. I prefer this brand as a tank set. Thank you for reviewing the Anrabess set. I had it in my wishlist to try. I’m removing it.

Haha yeah it is BRIGHT!! The gray sweatsuit is definitely cozy and comfy and very warm! I would probably have to size up in the other ones to get the pants to puddle like I want them too 😃

Personally, I really liked the orange set for it's softness and the last grey outfit for the cozy lining. Again, thank you! 😊

Appreciate your honest reviews . I’m of the mindset that it’s just not trustworthy to shop online . A person needs to see & feel the garment prior to trying it on . 9 times out of 10 it probably won’t fit properly , so much m more beneficial to shop & support local where possible . My hubby just purchase 3 shirts online , yes they looked good in the images ( good marketing ) but their quality was lacking ! And he doesn’t want the hassle of returning them …. So that’s where they get you 😉 Next time he’ll take the time and go shopping local

If I’m a 6 and need a size large, (only because of the waist) then what does the size 12 girl buy?? Ridiculous! Anyway, I loved this video!!! I’m living in WI so I know how cold it is out there! LOL Great job; I loved how quickly you showed all of these sets!

I love this! I appreciate this so much! I'd agree with you on everything. Best are 4, 9, 10, and 11...11 being all around best but nothing was mind blowing. I wonder if sizing up would've made the difference. I should remember that too because I also wear medium and sometimes smalls but I want a large in lounge wear..but then again, sometimes I feel frumpy if there's too much fabric. I swear I have the dorkiest PJs from past 25 years and I refuse to get rid of them because they're so comfortable but they're worn and embarrassing and ugh..I feel your pain..to just have something that looks nice and feels nice would be awesome. So many duds out there.

Short sleeve sweaters confuse me. When do you wear them? They are too hot for summer and I want my arms covered in the winter. Maybe spring and fall, but we tend to not have much of those anymore so I guess for the 3 days of fall and spring I could wear it. 😂

If I could make a suggestion - leave up the number of the item for us so we can reference to it ( and if a viewer fast forwards , they won’t miss the next one).
I think some of these depends on body type? I have a couple of the sweater sets and they’re really flattering on me, but I think I sized up? Also I don’t have the best part anymore on either which is the sweater tops because one got a stain and one badly snagged within the fist couple of wears. Super sad, but the pants are nice for lounging, just less cute without the matching top. You look good in all of these though.
The last one was definitely the best one. I was hoping to see you do more lounge sweatsuits… like hoodies with matching sweatpants. You see so many on Amazon and have no idea which ones are worth buying! They make them look so good in the photo, but just like you said, you get them and the quality and fit are awful! I gave up on Amazon and ended up buying 2 from Fashion Nova. Fingers crossed!

Enjoyed your review...I guess this is why I make all of my comfort pants (draw string. I gave up on elastic about 5 years ago since I'm thinner in the summer). Not long enough, too tight in thighs or the crotch. I give.

First video I've watched of yours. I think we have similar likes/dislikes in terms of fit! I don't like tight sleeves, too short of sleeves (on long sleeve top), cap sleeves, too tight of waist band.... we sure sound picky! LOL I appreciated this try on review because, like many commenters, I've seen some of these outfits on other people and they claimed they were good but I was skeptical and your reviews seemed more my speed. I think you meant harem not harlem pants ;) that made me giggle.
Your Video was fun. I've been looking for cute lounge wear too. Just a couple of things little things; always size up with "cheap" clothing, the word is "harrem pants" not "harlem pants", last, large sleeve with a cuff are lantern sleeves. Bell sleeves are big at the open bottom.
You're not a large so you shouldn't have to order a large. These companies should know that loungewear is supposed to have a relaxed fit. If they're made of cotton and not pre-shrunk, it would be a problem for a lot of customers.
I was actually surprised that they weren’t oversized like I thought they would be! When I did a similar video recently all of the sweaters I tried were way oversized! Probably the best thing to do is try a few different sizes but I just wasn’t ready to double what I already bought!
I totally agree. I recently bought some loungewear items and had a similar experience. I’m around 130 lbs and all the mediums were tight on me. If I’m considered a large woman than I guess plus sized women are just SOL.
Anyone who shops Amazon knows, the items will NEVER look like the photo. It’s a crap shoot, and the prices are NOT competitive. Amazon is like a target and temu is dollar tree. The quality will never be there. Unless it’s a name brand. I did like the last outfit, maybe in a different color and it wouldn’t look sooo basic. 🤷♀️but it did fit you and looked comfy.
I think with Amazon it seems you really have to try a bunch before you find something that is what you are looking for. I am always hopeful to find a quality piece or two in these hauls. The reviews I’ve done are very real, first impression style reviews but I have thought about doing the research “behind the scenes” first to find some quality pieces to share. That last set is quite comfy and very warm!
Sizing these days must be based on insurance tables. That’s my pet peeve. I am 5’5” tall and weigh 149, but doctors’ scales ring me up as “morbidly obese”. What??? You used to have to be close to or over 200 lbs. to qualify for that designation! Older clothing in my closet (or higher end brands) that I can still wear is either in a “medium” or size 10-12. But when I buy any new clothing I have to order Large and Extra Large for the right fit. Go figure.

First video I've watched of yours. I think we have similar likes/dislikes in terms of fit! I don't like tight sleeves, too short of sleeves (on long sleeve top), cap sleeves, too tight of waist band.... we sure sound picky! LOL

I’m 5’6, I think I just needed to size up to a large because most of them were snug on me and I was looking for a more oversized fit.

Your Video was fun. I've been looking for cute lounge wear too. Just a couple of things little things; always size up with "cheap" clothing, the word is "harrem pants" not "harlem pants", last, large sleeve with a cuff are lantern sleeves. Bell sleeves are big at the open bottom.

This is a bit crazy, if you’re reviewing clothing you MUST discuss the fabric content. Natural fibres make all the difference!
You're not a large so you shouldn't have to order a large. These companies should know that loungewear is supposed to have a relaxed fit. If they're made of cotton and not pre-shrunk, it would be a problem for a lot of customers.

I was actually surprised that they weren’t oversized like I thought they would be! When I did a similar video recently all of the sweaters I tried were way oversized! Probably the best thing to do is try a few different sizes but I just wasn’t ready to double what I already bought!
I totally agree. I recently bought some loungewear items and had a similar experience. I’m around 130 lbs and all the mediums were tight on me. If I’m considered a large woman than I guess plus sized women are just SOL.

My theory is that since these come from China they use Chinese women as fit models with no regard to who is buying the clothes. Just sayin’…
Anyone who shops Amazon knows, the items will NEVER look like the photo. It’s a crap shoot, and the prices are NOT competitive. Amazon is like a target and temu is dollar tree. The quality will never be there. Unless it’s a name brand. I did like the last outfit, maybe in a different color and it wouldn’t look sooo basic. 🤷♀️but it did fit you and looked comfy.
I think with Amazon it seems you really have to try a bunch before you find something that is what you are looking for. I am always hopeful to find a quality piece or two in these hauls. The reviews I’ve done are very real, first impression style reviews but I have thought about doing the research “behind the scenes” first to find some quality pieces to share. That last set is quite comfy and very warm!

Sizing these days must be based on insurance tables. That’s my pet peeve. I am 5’5” tall and weigh 149, but doctors’ scales ring me up as “morbidly obese”. What??? You used to have to be close to or over 200 lbs. to qualify for that designation! Older clothing in my closet (or higher end brands) that I can still wear is either in a “medium” or size 10-12. But when I buy any new clothing I have to order Large and Extra Large for the right fit. Go figure.

It’s probably all Asian sizing.. they are shorter and smaller than Americans. Amazon is so rough.. mostly China crap!
It seems the best to order two sizes. I’m a medium in some and large in some. Probably smalls and XLs too!
