Great. Wish I had all this material available back in the early 70's when I started learning to play the lap steel guitar. Man... I had to do it alone. Thank you for sharing all this info.

I played guitars for 35 years and recently decided to dive myself in country lap steel licks; thinking about players like Lloyd green (sweetheart of rodeo). Your videos really helps. You sound great !
    Thanks from Paris, France.

Troy, that was a great lesson! You are a mine of information! Would it be possible to have another camera on your volume pedal so we could see it in conjunction with the palm levers and the bar? Thanks

I could only fit a b bendet on my lap steel. Do uou have any videis showing shat uou can do with just a b bender?

Hey Troy. I love your lessons on here, but why change the key of D to G of this tune when you are in open D tuning? My favorite lick is the original guitar lick in the beginning of this tune. Thanks.

Thanks for the lesson Troy! I just got my Duesenberg Fairytale after using a modified Epiphone Les Paul on my lap for years. Where do you get the foam for the benders? Is that a Home Depot item?

Troy, you are amazing. Absolutely beautiful! Question? I'm new at this lap steel thing. What gauge strings do I need to play in open D? Thanks
