Medical issues are private issues. In the USA our medical information is protected by Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act, HIPA. A federal law to protect sensitive patient health information from being disclosed without the patient’s consent or knowledge.

Kate has had three children. I thought that she would rest and stay out of the public eye. But not Kate when she could she was back on her feet in a nice dress and smiling at the cameras with the babies. This prolonged absence is very unusual for her.

The photo is a small issue compared to the bigger drama of Kate's health. I think she probably does have cancer and is receiving treatment for it, contrary to the lies from the Palace to quell hysteria that 2 senior royals are ill.
