So much emphasis is on JK and his athleticism but this video demonstrates how athletic JM is and how he, TOO, is good at everything! The difference between the two is that in those circumstances where they are doing competitive activities (Run BTS), Jimin is more interested in having fun over winning. He’s competitive when he NEEDS to be. I think this is why fans think he’s the weaker of the two - loses more than he wins - but I do believe he just doesn’t make winning a priority. I believe this has been talked about before in a YT video about him. Jimin has both the athleticism AND the strength of mind…discipline, which makes him a formidable force to be reckoned with. The ‘pretty’ exterior should not be underestimated!

He began Kendo before he became a teen. He studied Japanese Kendo for 8 yrs. He is a black belt in Taekwondo(so is Jin), Hapkido what you use as self defense. Like a round kick. Restraining your opponent Kick, punches- Jimin can bring you down and wrap his legs around your body and hold you like a Vice grip. His thighs are like concrete. He studied Gumdo and Haigdon Gumdo too. Plus, Chinese martial arts. He’s extremely creative. He can draw, he can actually sew. I think he made the sweater he wears in the Like Crazy dance practice. Plus he was already known in his hometown as the rising star of Busan before joining BigHit. Academically gifted too.
The members are gifted at what they do. It's started at a young age and progress into phenomenal human beings. Also, their humble hearts makes them rich. Bringing meaningful music and joy to everyone

Jimin started training in martial arts at a quite young age when he was just a little boy, as shown in some of the photos. Though the voice over states that he learned in his teens. There is so much more to discover with this whole group, so many many songs, since BTS as whole started in 2013 and all the time being most prolific with creating so many different songs, in so many different genres different styles, though most in the beginning yrs were more hip hop & r&b with some more hard rock sound as well. Plus most songs have always been so meaningful & inspirational as well! Then there are all the mixtapes from the rapline I recommend as well! This was all before they started doing their solo work, exploring their own unique styles. Some more hand on then others.

According to a recent medical chart Jimin is 176 cm tall.They both are the main ones in the group that like as well as excel in basketball. They even were the ones who requested the basketball basket to be in their practice room. During the yrs at various times both have had times they kept missing shots, like Suga during Dynamite recording, and Jimin as well, was rusty which is why he was the one who requested the basketball court be installed during In the Soop 2.
