The location of this home is BEAUTIFUL. I just moved from stone oak to Dallas & I use to love the drive through this neighborhood, absolutely beautiful. If I had stayed in San Antonio I would have been all over this. The cost of this for the location is just unbeatable

San Antonio will probably have lower property taxes than all of those cities but not too sure don’t quote me on that.. in San Antonio property taxes range from 1.78 - 2.80%
Property taxes are outrageous in TX.

I wish i could buy this house live and work there.. Athens sucks!! This home here would be like 300 at least... they are greedy here... and not lets just not forget with the basic salary you cant never buy even this.. With the same money you got an apartement of possible 800sqft or 55 to 70sqm 30 years old in a place of high criminality for which you will have to pay for 30 years...

@@RealtorTySanAntonioHomes you guys are lucky in San Antonio!!! That price is just incredible for that house. Here in Maryland that house would go for well over $350,000. Probably closer to $400,000. The house I'm in is twice as small as that and I'm paying 330,000. Well I'll be retiring soon so I'm stuck between moving there or NYC.. If I choose there I'll be sure to let you know.
