Hello,
I have a Xerox B7035 printer and I can't install the scanner. I mention that I install it on a Win 7. It just doesn't recognize my scanner. Any ideas?
The printer is installed via USB

xerox stop support in windows 7. if you have original os then its working fine otherwise move to windows 10

You need to reprogram your all EPROM and clear the hdd and make a firmware update.
