If u drive around anywhere in Malaysia, I think 90% of 7eleven has a Ramly Burger stall in front of it. It's probably because it's less dark with more bright lights and 7eleven is 24 hours & burger stall often open till late at night. So 7eleven customers might stop by and buy a burger (because it always smells good haha). Also u can buy drinks at 7eleven so the burger stall don't need to provide drinks :)

Don't no if they still produce it. Back when I'm in Malaysia (10 years ago) Ramly has a pricer patty called Oblong. It's 99% meat patty. If they are still available, you should give it a try.
i think in the 90s..most of the stall use hot chili sauce..if im not mistaken most of them use kimball brand..i dont like my burger with the sweet chili sauce
