I'm so happy that Schlager Lucas chose to do a 'My Top' of the 2010 'Eurovision Song Contest' (my favourite 'Eurovision' year, fact fans; as I like and love so many of the songs). It makes me very nervous whenever I see a video about 2010 Eurovision because almost always everyone is going to comment about how they love Turkey, and I personally think Turkey is overrated. And it makes me horrified that some people actually think Turkey 2010 is underrated. Turkey 2010 is not underrated, lol. Especially because everyone is like, "OMGZ, WE LOVE MANGA. THEY SHOULD WIN. OMGZ." That is the very definition of overrated, people.

First of all, I have really admired your video, my friend. 2010 ESC is so special year for me. There are a lot of songs that I have loved. Graham Norton, the UK commentator, said that he felt "ballad fatigue" set in because a lot of the ballads were the same, with an ethnic/folk element trying to copy Fairytale.
@aesthetic lá Croatia (Lako je sve by Feminnem), your second placing, is my favourite in 2010 and my favourite of the whole 'Eurovision Song Contest'. So far on these comments they don't seem to be fairing well. Glad to see someone else loves the song too.
Wow, I think that's the second ranking in which I overall agree more than disagree with you. Besides your winner, dear Lord, that was terrible, sorry. Great to see my Top 2 (your 12th & 9th) so high! The worst thing about the Top was your comment about The Roop, they really didn't deserve the comparison with that surprisingly monotone mess. Thank you!
Lucas when there's an impactful song with actual effort:👎 Lucas when there's a generic ballad: 😍 I respect your opinion but putting My Dream (really basic song) on top 10 but We Could Be The Same and Sweet People on 32nd and last is mind-boggling
I don't personally overrate these two. I personally love this two songs, espacially Slovakia. I discovery this song before know this was a Eurovision entry. Sweden since the first i heard hit me deep, it's so beautiful and charming. (FOR ME AGAIN)
Wow, #1 and #2 were TERRIBLE!!! I really liked Thea Garrett's My Dream from Malta - failed to qualify? The voters were nuts this particular year! The song from Belgium was really good! Denmark was pretty good too but Malta was my #1!
The Global Finance Crisis somewhat influenced a lot of entries singing in their native languages - some sort of silver linings. Good that for once somebody is not overrating Lena. There were so many performances better than hers.

Oh, In a Moment Like This... It's definitely a special song for me. Brings back memories of my grandmother.
Actually, me and my grandmother were very, very different. Like, almost nothing in common. Except maybe one thing. We both liked this song very much. And she didn't even need to understand English to consider the song beautiful

You and I are in synch.. we have the same last place and the same first place! Denmark was my true favorite. Oh this brings back so many memories of our week in Oslo. We saw all the live TV shows and I got so much gossip from some of the delegations.
Slovakia and Croatia were my favorite non-qualifiers!
Thanks again from Norway!
Omg! I'm so shocked to see Slovakia so low, it may not be the best for everyone, but 35th place is too low
Turkey and Greece are my favs of this year
My top 3:
1. 🇩🇪 Germany, so good and you'll still remember the song!
2. 🇸🇰 Slovakia, the word 'robbed' was introduced bc of this song!
3. 🇲🇩 Moldova, so iconic the epic sax guy!
I feel like Turkey will declare war on any channel that put Manga anywhere other than on no. 1 spot.
Satellite might be the single triggering winner in ESC outside of Toy at this point xD

Thank you for Israel at 3rd! 🇮🇱❤🇸🇪
Thank you for putting Portugal in 4th place, she really deserves it!! ❤❤
Bro put Turkey in 32nd and Slovakia in 35th
It makes me very nervous whenever I see a video about 2010 Eurovision because almost always everyone is going to comment about how they love Turkey, and I personally think Turkey is overrated. And it makes me horrified that some people actually think Turkey 2010 is underrated. Turkey 2010 is not underrated, lol. Especially because everyone is like, "OMGZ, WE LOVE MANGA. THEY SHOULD WIN. OMGZ." That is the very definition of overrated, people.
How dare you putting Slovakia's masterpiece so low? 🇸🇰
Yes YES YES.....IN THE MOMENT LIKE THIS ...Vraiment la meilleure.
It was 12 years ago?!
My top 10(Im from Moldova)

THANK YOU!! I too don't consider "Satellite" a worthy winner for this year. So many other MUCH BETTER songs! I shake my head every time I come across it being lauded as 'the best' song of 2010 when it really, REALLY isn't.
First of all, I have really admired your video, my friend. 2010 ESC is so special year for me. There are a lot of songs that I have loved. For example, Romania, Denmark, Germany, Azerbaijan, Serbia, France, Moldova, Turkey, Georgia, Armenia, Greece, Ukraine.......

Graham Norton, the UK commentator, said that he felt "ballad fatigue" set in because a lot of the ballads were the same, with an ethnic/folk element trying to copy Fairytale.
I agree our (UK) backing singers needed shooting, and I'm such a sucker for that kind of music. It's always been number one for me.
finland was so robbed, easily should have made final
Taste for north macedonia, I always loved that song❤️
Denmark is also first place on my list!

Croatia (Lako je sve by Feminnem), your second placing, is my favourite in 2010 and my favourite of the whole 'Eurovision Song Contest'.
Thank you!
Oh, and your country tortured us with so much worse stuff, especially in the last years (2013-2020 besides 2015 maybe).
Turkey 32?!?!?!?!!? WHAT
Lucas when there's an impactful song with actual effort:👎
Lucas when there's a generic ballad: 😍
I respect your opinion but putting My Dream (really basic song) on top 10 but We Could Be The Same and Sweet People on 32nd and last is mind-boggling
Finally someone how doesn’t overrate Slovakia and Sweden. Thank you so much! 💙
That is me as well
@@fyr_og_flamme_vasil hey
But Slovakia really was the best in 2010
I don't personally overrate these two. I personally love this two songs, espacially Slovakia. I discovery this song before know this was a Eurovision entry. Sweden since the first i heard hit me deep, it's so beautiful and charming. (FOR ME AGAIN)
Also Turkey
Manga where it belongs🥰
At the least he is honest about Lena 😂
My winner is Moldova
Warm greetings from Montenegro
Wow, #1 and #2 were TERRIBLE!!! I really liked Thea Garrett's My Dream from Malta - failed to qualify? The voters were nuts this particular year! The song from Belgium was really good! Denmark was pretty good too but Malta was my #1!
2010 was the year of blonde Balkan guys
Thx from Romania ❤️
The Global Finance Crisis somewhat influenced a lot of entries singing in their native languages - some sort of silver linings.
Good that for once somebody is not overrating Lena. There were so many performances better than hers.
Germany deserved the win here, absolutely.
Love the list
Oh, eurovision 2010, when Georgia qualified to the final but Sweden didn't...
