Darren's acting skills in The Wolf are terrific. He showed a large variety of emotions and expressions, I was really charmed by his acting. Furthermore he's so handsome as Bo Wang that you never get tired of watching him. I liked the show so much, it became one of my favourites!

Me too. I am not a crier. I also read through the first chapters of the novel, Google translated to Polish since it was easier to figure out. The drama is very very close to the novel. So it made the interpretation of acting reacher.

I don't really cry for dramas to be honest especially historical. The last time i felt so emotional was watching Denglun die ( Ashes of Love) but this fucking drama destroyed me completely. I started crying in ep 8 i think and now the ending. I have no hope for season 2 but damn. I am emotionally torn and will probably never recover. I have to praise the actors especially LiQin cause i was so shock at her character development. I've seen her in Princess Agent and Joy of life and it really shows her talent. Her crying just breaks my heart. My absolute fav actress Darren Wang definitely deserves all the love and attention because of his portrayal of Lord Bo and Xiao zhan play chi chong so well and really is the best 2nd lead. It might not be plot driven but the acting definitely carry the entire drama from the beginning to end Fuck i almost forget the Ost All the soundtrack are damnn so good.

I've always been a fan of TaLu. However after The Wolf, he has set my standards so high for an actor in dramas. Now no one even comes close to his portrayal and acting skills. I'm glad he's not the white, pale, porcelain, skinny and feminine feature actor. He's very manly, handsome, mysterious masculinity, and great personality. Also I don't believe it's all about what he chose to do as his projects, a lot of it had to do with censorship and when it gets released.
