Naye Mr Ibrahim, I have a question please reply sir please 🙏, when Mr museveni went to the bush against the government, was Tanzania supporting him?? Why do I ask this, kubanga the tanzanian force was in Uganda here even training Ugandan army, even the first bullets of the war in kabamba , we hear about the tanzanian force was around training Ugandans, so was Julius Nyerere happy with m7 invading the government ? But Nyerere seemed to be a good friend to m7 when he was in power after the war, so briefly I think you can see my question ❓

The presence of the Tanzanian forces was due to a memorandum of understanding btn the Ugandan government at the moment and the Tanzanian gov't, but since the present gov't that mz had helped bring to power was still babarik and he had less say about it , he had to reorganize and take charge and the TZ forces had to stay neutral but those who tried to defend the positions where they were working were neutralized, but most didnt fight back coz the rules of engagement during war are known , they just surrendered. Their freindship with nyerere was strong till today, wars are fought on objective principles not feelings/friendships
